For the new Rastakhan's Rumble Expansion, I went 18-2 with this deck in ranked from 10-1.

Its a freshly prepared deck so testing needs to be done, but I have been quite successful with it myself. With the buff spells along with lynessa and the new card Shirvallah and Thekal, the healing you get back is insane often ending up to 60 health total. 

Another take on this deck is the Timeout which is basically a free turn for you. By that I mean usually the OTK was as early as turn 12 with coin and turn 13 without the coin, however with this the OTK comes down to turn 10 or turn 11, which is pretty insane, considering it is an all rounder deck, meaning it can beat aggro lineups as well as control and most combo's as you can pull your own combo off faster with the Call to Arms.

Mulligan suggestions might be as follows:

Against Aggro:

Pyro, Equality, Truesilver, Consecration are all good cards to have.

Against Rest:

Thekal, Call to Arms, Flash of Light, Potion of Heroism and even Uther of Ebonblade if the enemy is Control
