Mission: Use Seaforium Bomber while Augmented Elekk is on board to shuffle lots and lots of bombs into your opponent's deck.

To achieve it you got things like Cheat Death (ideally  played on turn3 before elekk on 4)   and Shadowstep to give you back your discounted resources.

You also got Lab Recruiter to shuffle more bombers in your deck for more bombing.

The Cold Blood is mainly to be used with Rusty Recycler for defense and heals. 

This is a budget version of a similar deck from Liquidfoxone that I made and...

 ..really enjoyed.
