This is as good an Even Mage list as I could come up with, and it's not terrible, but it's not great either. Snap Freeze + Ice Walker + Ping and Polymorph + Ping are your hard removal, while you use Celestial Emissary with Fireball or Blizzard or Unexpected Results. Arcane Dynamos can be subbed out for tech cards. Piloted Reaper usually pulls a good card, only whiffs on Emissary.
