Our tempo swing with this deck mostly turn 6 with Seeping Oozeling. Everything you do before that is just make sure you can get rid of his first big minion with either Deadly Shot, Freezing Trap or combo Hunter's Mark and Candleshot. If you manage to get Seeping Oozeling with Sylvanas Windrunner's deathrattle or Sylvanas Windrunner herself on turn 3 with +4 mana spell from HP, you can try to steal the big minion.

Board control is the key to victory. Clear board with spell from HP and removals until we can get our big minions on board then use them to trade. Eventually we will out value Rafaam and kill him in 2 turns max (turns that we can go face ofc).

Cards are not cores are Dire Frenzy, Spiritsinger Umbra, Emperor Thaurissan and Sylvanas Windrunner due to other deathrattles are much better than her. I just don't have the alternative for these cards.

Kel'Thuzad, Gruul, The Lich King and Ragnaros the Firelord are also replaceable  although they create insane value, especially Ragnaros the Firelord due to the fact that he has somewhat charge.
