Step 1: get taunts out with 0 attack. Step two: become the lord of rng and get an armorsmith from a piloted shredder. Step 3 get back to full health somehow while using armorsmith and whatever else to gain armor and kill the miion that blocks his hero power. Step 4: play eye for an eye. Step 5: win.
Because when you tie, it still counts as a loss on the end-of-game screen but doesn't affect your arena run or rank.
Guys I had a crazy thought that might just work that solves this problem. There is already a card that will appear on this fight that will stop this hero power from being used. However, I remember a trick in naxxramas to deal with those hero powers. In naxxramas, if you had lorewalker cho, you could play shadowform and your opponent would get a copy of it and sometimes activate it to change their hero power. I think this had something to do with the programming of the AI that play against you that makes them sometimes play shadowform given it got put in their hand. If I am correct, the AI bosses in Blackrock Mountain should act the same as the AI bosses in naxxramas. There is a Dragon Priest that plays spell damage like mind blast and holy fire and what not with velen and malygos and stuff like that with double shadowform (note: I tried a build like it in ladder and didn't get that far because it is hard to get a great hand and is often slow because of the high curve. It does not play cleric or soulpriest but does play pyromancer.) Given these comparisons and this deck list that can heal you and stall out your opponent a little bit, if this deck was built with a lorewalker cho to replace alexstrasza or whatever, then mabye you can make this boss play shadowform and replace his hero power, making it less of a threat. (Note: the card that is on the board for this fight only does prevent the boss from using his hero power so if it lives, he probably couldnt use his new hero power also.) I would also guess that the boss wouldnt be able to silence it because that isn't typically fair and an AI generally isn't smart enough to do that usually. The card on the board that prevents hs hero power can only go face or hit taunts so it is possible that the AI would be smart enough to kill it off like that but not smart enough to manually damage it. It wouldn't be on your side because the boss would just attack it. This is just a theory as of right now, but I honestly think that this could work. Plus if the priest is built correctly, it should be able to heal itself a lit while at the same time having a shadowform hero power to help with the board. sen'jin shieldmasters could be swapped out for antique healbots or whatever and ER farseers and voodoo doctors would give fast heals and a minion o the board to help survive to the late game. alexstrasxa could be taken out for cho. My build runs deathwing but that might be switched to something like voljin to help the mana curve and weaken a minion on the board for a smite or shadowform hero power to kill it. This is not confirmed to work or really bother with it considering priest can AOE and heal the minion or PW shield it but this way damage can still easily be done considering it is possible for a build like this to get to late game against a boss like this, however I really think the AII would work the same as naxxramas and that this can totally work on a fight like this....unless the host of these wings stops that like KT did with some cards (note: KT never stopped shadowform and has played it before when given to him. Also, he looks somewhat cool in shadowform)
I'm sure that will be the gimmick for the fight. He starts with moira in play and you have to build your deck so that you don't have taunt and don't use too many ae's/random damage or you risk killing moria and loose instantly when he hero powers you.
Hearthpwn must have messed up. Ya I'm so excited for the nerf. Just like Ben Brode put it, "By giving the Hunter an instant win, it saves you the time of waiting until turn 6 to get double kill commanded". Really a great idea on Blizzards side.

this is a hero power, not a spell. Cho would do nothing.
Hunters would love that hero power Kappa.
Hero Power, not a spell..
