I'm about 99% sure the wording indicates it's only stored once. Doesn't really explain which one but I'd guess it just resummons after whichever secret triggers first.
It says "If you control a Secret" (One Secret). If you have 5 Secrets, you still meet the condition of controlling a Secret. And Most likely it will be random and with some kind of red glow to tell you where the soul is.
Otherwise it should say: "If you control Secrets, store Halkias' soul inside of them."
Only one secret stores its soul. Which one, probably random. Options 1 and 2 you listed are definitely out of the question.
I agree with Twitchy's comment.
I believe that the Deathrattle can be described as follows:
"If you control a Secret, summon Halkias after a secret of yours is triggered"
not the payoff I was expecting for playing secrets, kinda disappointing a 5/4 that revives when secret is trigged, corpse flower from Un’Goro was cooler
Cooler but way worse
Don’t really impressed. It could be good with battlecry, but with deathrattle it’s easy to play around + you not always have active secrets.
Secret Rogue coming together. This also has very good synergy with Sketchy Information.
The video also shows a secret, which we captured in this news post:

Very nice design, although I expected it to have some interaction with Location, since it's literally a living graveyard.
Nevertheless, nice card. Don't know how playable it will be, but could be fun.
Also, in the gameplay video, I think they're showong a new secret, probably with : when a friendly minion dies, draw two minions/cards.
Should have had something more than just the 5/4 stats.... Lifesteal?
Sherazin, Corpse Flower? You again?
it's not any similar to this card at all
This is hard to judge without seeing what the secrets actually do... like with the AoO pool this is awful because most of those secrets trigger *immediately*. With the KnC pool it's not much better... those secrets also trigger pretty much immediately.
With the Hunter secret pool this wouldn't be too bad. Those secrets tend to linger a little more. It also incentivizes your opponent to not trigger your secrets. Rogue secrets historically have been pretty low impact.
The use of Halkalas' instead of Halkalas's is triggering me a little bit.
If you have a secret on the board and play Sketchy Information this is pretty cool.
"Halkias'" is indeed the correct grammar.
It entirely depends. APA says "Halkias's" MLA says "Halkias'". Personally I think doing it on plurals is fine, but for proper names why the distinction? Makes no sense.
I don't know about this card. Yet another Secret mechanic without showing any Rogue secrets. I suppose the possibility of reviving him over and over is cool? Your opponent can just try to trigger your secrets first before killing this card, and it doesn’t even have rush. I can’t judge this fully without seeing one Rogue secret, but still, this is kind of dry.
its rat king for rogue, but weird
Cannonmaster Smythe - "You know, I’m something of a Halkias myself"
Interesting card. Maybe they should reveal some secrets too
