THANK YOU! Finally someone said it.
The meta ends around turn 6 and 7 atm and there's nothing being revealed to slow it down. This card doesn't stop hunter from going face and ignoring board.
wait in the video Balinda Stoneheart and Captain Galvangar are cards, but also heroes? does this hint that we will see them as skins in the future? battlepass heroes maybe?
Cool card. Not sure it works in the current (quest-based) meta though.
The tower is cool, this card just sucks though. It's just fancy card draw, where you force a good result with big spells. We've seen stuff like it many times before - super boring effect for a legendary with nice art.
What big spells is Mage casting? There's nothing worth it!
Lovely artwork
I’m just thinking how fun this could be if you play the Potion of Illusion copy of it
hey thats a fine idea
And now Balinda is a 4/4 :P
Yeah, had noticed that too late and was too lazy to fix - but now look what you made me do!
(also wanted to have Potion bold as well)
Masterful clapback I must admit
I don’t get this. It wants you to run big spells, but not siphon mana or incanters flow. Best case you get a 10/10 and two 5 cost pyroblasts for 6 mana, but that takes a lot of set up, possibly only running those two pyroblasts for spells. This doesn’t fit in spell mage or hero power mage, and there isn’t enough good big spells right now. This looks like it would result in a 3/2 with a 5 cost incanters flow and siphon mana. It’s just not good.
Decent card wrong standard meta for sure.
Big Spell Mage might need more Frost spells or cheap spells (not for Quest Mage) that can stall the game, control the board, and gain armor before turn 6, and it can have some hope to see play. It just needs to find ways to survive before turn 6.
6 mana 10/10 or 1/1 or 10/1
The language is sort of confusing. Swap costs with stats. So one card costs 5 representing the attack value, and one card costs 5 representing the defense value?
why not just draw 2 cards and they cost 5? Is there a way to actually decrease her stats in hand?
edit: missed that she gets stats from their costs
you can Potion of Illusion it to make it 1 1
Well, it seems okay for big spell. In standard the best result then is a 6-mana 8/8 that draws two spells and makes them each cost 5, yeah?
I'm down.
But if they reveal a new 10 cost spell for mage, I'll be more excited for this.
EDIT: Okay, I'm a bit more excited now.
