Hearthstone Mercenaries Tier List - Best Party Compositions!
Looking for the best Mercenaries in Hearthstone? Look no further. Many of the top players in the world have been putting in hours in the new game mode and have had opinions on the best way to rank them. Thijs Molendijk, famous Dutch streamer, and (sadly) former Grandmaster, has made one such Tier list, with PvP in mind, which he posted to twitter.

Not only did Thijs post about the Mercenaries Tier list, he also posted about his personal journey on the PvP ladder, which brought him as high as Rank 23 on the Top 200 in the EU.
He showed off the Party composition he used to go 40-1 before running into a comp that wrecked him several times played by EducatedCollins. Thijs Party was as follows:
His tweet commented "Start comp Xyrella - Samuro - Garrosh. Guldan Flex and Cairne - Diablo as Combo tool."
Community Tournament
Thijs was not the only one to have success with this comp. In a community driven Hearthstone Mercenaries Tournament, quite possibly the first of it's kind, a player called Leaf won with a Party that was the same as Thijs' except for swapping a Varden Dawngrasp for Gul'dan. Below you will find a link to the line up of comps used in the Tournament, as well as a tweet with thanks to the organizers.

Rank 1 Americas
To finish things off, we have for you the Hearthstone Mercenaries list used by Americas Grandmaster Fr0zen, who went 41-0 in his games after ~6400 MMR rating to the no. 1 Rank in Americas with a whopping 7605 Rating. His comp looked like this:
In a follow up tweet he indicated that his starting trio was Thrall-Garrosh-Saurfang.
Conclusion
We hope you found this Hearthstone Mercenaries Tier list and the Party Comps useful, or at least entertaining. Let us know in the comments how you are faring in Mercenaries and what your favourite comp is so far!
Can somebody explain why Gul'Dan is S-Tier? He looks so slow.
He's slow, but upgrading all of his abilities turn the attacks into giant pyroblasts. For reference, Fel Bolt is 20 damage, Rain of Destruction is 14 per hit (can be repeated with another fel user), and Siphon Life is 12 damage at fully upgraded without mentioning equipment (note Siphon Life heals Orcs, summoned Demons, and Diablo).
His 3. heals ALL demons not just summond and diablo. I use him as a healer in my demon build.
Haha Arcane Humans build in your list has one arcane user and one human. Not saying that the build doesn't work, but that's the wrong name for it.
2 arcane users, 2 humans. (Tyrande, milhouse, then uther and cariel)
If you were interested in the Comp that EducatedCollins used to kick Thijs' ass and get him to Rank 3 in EU, it was this:
I would have included it inthe article, but there was no one who officially posted the list, and I'm not comfortable adding this type of thing without verifyable sources.
The way EducatedCollins played it against Thijs was to use Cariel as a temporary roadblock for Samuro attacks (which are very widespread and common) and then used a combo of Sylvanas with +5 Attack and Vol'jin with a maxed out Ring of Haste equipment where his (and everyone else in the Party)' Shadow Abilities were 3 (!!) speed faster.
This lead to ridiculous shenanigans and burst damage especially when letting the Cariel die and bringing in Nathalie Seline and her already quick trigger Shadow Beam.
Poor Thijs stood no chance. xD
