Super powerful for control Warlock decks! Just 3 for a 3/3 lifesteal in warlock is also pretty good.
Discard-, Self-destruction, Pain - Warlock.
Definitely the most masochistic class in all of Hearthstone.
Acolyte of Agony lul
Nice art thou, and name.
Give some MTG vibes.
Warlock is a better class for it, and the late-game effect is very nice
Eh, this card is hard to read on if it'll be in the meta or not. At the very least, it's a 3/3 lifesteal. At it's best, it's 6 damage and 6 healing along with the previous. The problem with the latter is the fact that the meta currently looks like it's going to be dominated by deck filling , long game control since Warlock has TONS of tools for control and Clown druid is getting more tools, along with the fact the meta is slowing down with almost all face crap like Kill Command and Evis, and cheap kill crap like sorc app, bloodlust, and savage roar going away.
The reason I bring this up is the fact that in a control meta and with current options, Control warlock is going to want to be playing cards to play as many Envoy Rustwix as possible. Between all the primuses, soul shards, and regular cards that'll be in the deck, I don't see 10 cards or less being easy to obtain.
What a weird card. I mean sure it makes sense for Warlock but it's effect doesn't come until way late in the game, so most of the time it's just a 3/3 with lifesteal which is not worth a slot for Control decks even if it is healing IMO. Priest had a 3/3 Lifesteal minion and it saw no play.
It's also funny to think by then if the Warlock has 10 or less cards in their deck they probably have you decked out because of Tickatus so this seems like a win-more card.
Interesting concept but I can't really see this being useful outside of long control vs control matchups. If the meta is very control heavy, this'll help give warlock an edge to outlast the competition, but between this and the removal card that burns cards when you kill minions, I hope they're not trying to go for some deck-burning warlock archetype.
decent as a 3 drop and decent in the late game solid card
Except for the fact its 6 damage lifesteal LOL
There has to be some late game big pay off card I would imagine to accompany all of these new deck destruction cards. Maybe. Idk. Good card even without that kind of package
If I have 10 or fewer cards in your deck, the last I'm thinking about is dealing 6 damage to a minion.
The 6 damage has Lifesteal, which is probably exactly what you're thinking about at that point. Especially as a hero power oriented Warlock.
It's warlock. If a warlock has that little cards, the opponent probably has less, with the Tickatus bs going on.
Heal for 6, almost always kill a minion, AND get a 3/3 for 3 mana? Where the hell do I sign up?!
This may be good in some sort of Midrange decks. The main problem is that this is going to be a dead card for a while.
lifesteal makes this card so good on lategame and really solid on midgame.
This is the ‘Deep’ mechanic from Legends of Runeterra, good to see it in Hearthstone, could make an interesting deck thinning Warlock if there is more payoff cards
hell yea, pay off for shuffle warlock. EZ .
synergy with new AoE Soul ...
That still does not make this horrendous 4 mana 5 damage to all "destroy cards in your deck" good... but just how it is? I think some would run a 3 mana 3/3 with livesteal. Decent card. Maybe not good enough to see play but still decent.
