Battlegrounds Updates
NEW HERO
Zephrys, The Great
- Three Wishes [Cost 4]
- If you have two copies of a minion, find the third. (3 wishes left)
Players with Battlegrounds Perks will have early access to Zephrys, The Great before the Hero is formally released on November 5.
Battlegrounds Parties Adjustments
We’re making small adjustments to Battlegrounds Parties during matchmaking and in post-game rating updates to address the potential advantages that come with queueing as a group.
- Post-game rating updates will no longer include results between players within the same group. When you queue Battlegrounds with a group now, your rating gains are only based on your results against players outside of your group.
- You'll now be matched based on the highest player rating in your group, rather than the group's rating average. End of game rating updates will take this rating disparity into account.
- We’ve disabled 2-4 player Battlegrounds Parties for players above 10,000 rating.
Standard Balance Updates
Evocation
- Old: [Cost 1] → New: [Cost 2]
Astromancer Solarian
- Old: Solarian Prime [Cost 7] → New: Solarian Prime [Cost 9]
Evocation and Astromancer Solarian will be eligible for a full dust refund for 2 weeks after the 18.6 patch goes live.

Game Improvements & Miscellaneous Updates
- Hovering over the opponent's deck slot in Battlegrounds will now display what minion types are missing from the pool.
- Packs earned from climbing in Ranked Standard and Wild during November will be from the Madness at the Darkmoon Faire expansion.
- The Transfer Student login reward will now be granted if you own a pack from Scholomance Academy and go to the Open Packs menu.
Arena Rotation Coming
When Madness at the Darkmoon Faire launches on November 17, the Arena will include cards from the following sets:

Duels = Same single player mode as playing vs ai. Gj. Something NEW.
No tournament mode from RELEASE of the game. Sad.
Next bunch of overpowered cards and still same topic, magic, old gods etc.
There will be a NEW game mode. And that is not Duels.
It already did this for me? Confused on this one.
now it will show what two r missing from pool, not all other who r in it
Right? It basically is a tournament mode
No Gentle Djinni fix on battlegrounds? His deathrattle should not give elementals from a higher tier than the player level.
That is in the patch notes on the blizzard site. Not sure why they didn't include the bug fixes here.
This is What Cora wrote on her Twitter:
people ask for reward on a f.2.p mode that have nothing to do with ladder.... this goin beyond stupid, provably dnt have skill to get rewards from regular ladder season///
goodbye HS
Bye, we won't miss you
A wild set coming to arena, interesting!
I was hoping they would start doing that again
Um...the new mode will get a Arena like entry/reward system, this is an early access and the non-competitive version. Ôo
Regarding Battlegrounds: Achievements and daily wins/experience...exactly like standard games.
What do you want to happen in Wild?
I don’t play it myself... but am always curious when people complain about it. I mean, I just feel that obviously it’s always going to be broken. There’re just too many cards to have a balanced meta.
Still no rewards for Battlegrounds. And now they are releasing a new mode without rewards? You bet!
Imagine paying 80$/80eu to play an HS game mode KEKW
*early
Imagine either:
Thinking you shouldn't have to pay $80 for 85 free packs, a golden legendary, + tavern pass and extras for a game you enjoy,
or;
Keeping up to date on a game forum and posting passive aggressive complaints for a game you don't enjoy.
kEwK
STILL not Rogue hero, this is ridiculous :DD
