Hadidjah Chamberlin Has Left The Hearthstone Team
Hadidjah Chamberlin has just announced that they have left the Hearthstone team to join another project at Blizzard.
- Hadidjah was working on the Hearthstone team as an FX Artist (1/2016 – 3/2018), Senior VFX Artist 1 ( –
- Hadidjah was responsible for doing animations for certain cards and other things.
- Throughout the years, Hadidjah created a lot of familiar animations.
- These are the most notable cards that Hadidjah has created animations for -> Volcano and all the entrance animations for Hero cards from Knights of the Frozen Throne (I'm sure there are many more examples).
- Hadidjah took part in the CardBack creation live-stream and they also appeared in a few Blizzcon presentations/interviews.
Hadidjaj also helped to create a lot of fun videos...
We will miss your amazing announcement videos and your kind communication with the community, we wish you the best for your future adventures Hadidjah!

I mean, who has not left at this point?
Omfg...i thought it was a man
They are non-binary.
Am I the only one that doesn't like these idiocratic videos from this "creativity team"?
I think you are the only one.
These videos are close to failurelike. I cant understand why they cant learn their script or hire a professional actor that would take role of the audiance in every expansion.
no your not the only one
Blizzard team is full with nerds LUL
At this rate the game will eventually die
2 Artists, not exactly the end of the world.... If there wasn’t a post about it here, probably no one would ever notice.
I would notice, those two were my favourite.
They drop the bomb that's Ashes of Outland then leave the team
Wow, 2 people leaving on hearthpwn front page. That is not looking good for the game
Welp if they pull all the talent from HS who will stay ?
No, that's just you
Farewell Hadidjah, I shall miss your deadpan delivery!
Dude, quit making fun of him. He's obviously never seen/touched a woman before.
At which point do we realise that if so many high tier people leave their developer seats for a game, that the game perhaps IS in danger of traversing a declining and unfun path.
Yes I know they've each stated their own reasons, but come on, a LOT of people have left the Hearthstone team lately. That must say something about what they see for the future of the game (having been developed multiple expansions ahead).
