Not feeling this as a deck card however I wouldnt rule it out as a pretty neat option when discover cards for sure there are weaker cards in the pool to discover.
Not sure what the average outcome is, but it's probably not strong enough for this to see play. It's a very generic effect that doesn't really synergize with any particular deck, so it needs to be particularly powerful on its own to be worth running.
0 to 4 is a huge range, and it casts at random targets.
With School Teacher you are playing a 4/4 body, that gives you a 1/1 that can target the spell, that you can cast wherever you want, and both bodies are Nagas.
Playing a card that only gives you a random card, at low speed unless you play this in a Ghoul or something, and that dosn't gives you anymore than that, I don't really know why would you run a card like this. Like yeah, the spell pool at the moment is pretty solid, but there is so much stuff that you can't control from this card, that I don't see in what helps to your deck.
Is not even a 2 for 1 like Twisted Knowledge, it's a 1 for 2, cause you need to spend a card from your hand and a minion, to get a card that sometimes is going to be useful, and that has to cost at least 3-Mana to be worth to price you pay for it, which stadistically is not guaranteed cause there is 25 spells that cost between 0 and 2 and 15 spells that cost between 3 and 4.
The spell pool is kinda a mixed bag when used randomly.
I feel like Dk is like a card away from an engine chaining deathrattles or something to trigger it. Something like that 1 mana 1/3 for warlock or play dead.
