Officially Warcraft Rumble does not release until BlizzCon, but some keen eyed observers noticed the game was downloadable and playable already! And with that all the rewards that come with that are available too, including the new Rumble Card Back in Hearthstone!
What is Warcraft Rumble? The game's basic premise is that you have miniature combat units that can be placed on a battlefield. They then start walking along automatically until they hit something they can fight or interact with. Different obstacles and enemy units have different tactics on how to handle them best. Collect gold during this and you can buy more units, defeat the boss at the end of a map, and you win the map. Easy!

How To Obtain the Rumble Card Back
To get the Rumble card back all you have to do is play Warcraft Rumble, which is free to play! You should be able to find it on any mobile game store.
Warcraft Rumble is an easy enough to understand game, and there are plenty of tutorial like screens to guide you through the start of the game. Much like starting in Hearthstone, the complicated tactics don't pop up till much later.
I have to be honest here and tell you I do not know exactly where the point is where you get the card back reward. A friend who alerted me to the Card Back availability got it fairly quickly, while I relogged and restarted at various points through the first 2 zones, and then seemingly randomly got it when I logged in again after 2 hours.
The progress to get it is not very far however. Neither my friend nor I played further than the first fight of the 3rd zone (Lordaeron) before we got it, which took me slightly more than an hour. Compared to the amount of work for other promotions like Lady Liadrin portrait or the Hearthsteed this is very reasonable.
We hope that's enough for you to find your way and get the Rumble Card Back!

I defeated hogger and logged into hearthstone and received the card back. I then uninstalled Warcraft rumble. Just mindlessly deploying the units until you worked your way through the first stage was mind-numbing. I see no value or fun in this game and imo it’s very boring. I no doubt see people feeding thousands into it and for what? Hearthstone is the last and only blizzard game I play. Once that fails to keep me involved I’ll finally move on. Warcraft rumble is aimed at the targeted audience for a reason. Hearthstone has awesome art and great voice line acting.warcraft rumble looks like a Saturday morning cartoon for 8 year-olds dude. I literally turned the sound off because it was that annoying for me. They made this game to target a very young age group to find and hook them into nagging their parents for in-app purchases. Very good ROI no doubt. I’m predicting the usual high initial binge and when the reality of the timesink and $$$$$$ thousands needed to defeat the boss will just lead to the eventual crash. Tbh if this game was on Apple Arcade with nothing to buy I wouldn’t play it. I’m very curious to see just how much profit this game makes though. If this is the stuff gamers want….my god the world has gone mad.
The whole PR & presentation was horrible... Full of cringe tyical for 7-8 years old etc.
... But game itself is pretty neat.
Card back looks nice.
👍
i think the game's fun. definitely at least worth trying up to the point you get the card back.
Is there any good hearthpwn equivalent for warcaft rumble? rumblepwn.com or something?
One of our sister sites runs a database for the game: https://www.arclight-champion.com/
No thanks. It looks like a really bad game.
I am far in ashenvale in Rumble and still didn’t receive card back…anyone got same problem? It shows me that I got it in rumble but in hearthstone not yet…
Well Warcraft Rumble is a money sucking machine simulator - no thanks.
So pretty much like every other Blizzard game?
Every Blizzard Mobile Games atleast - Warcraft 3 aint sucking my money.
*Incentives available for two weeks after the official launch of Warcraft Rumble to all players who play Warcraft Rumble during that time period and defeat Hogger at the end of the tutorial.
This was listed at the bottom of the preregister callout from battle net
I read on other sites that you need to finish the first zone by beating Hogger, not sure if that's correct or not.
Edit: Forgot to mention that I got mine by only doing that, didn't go to the other zones. Also, if you don't get the reward prompt, close the game and re-open it. That happened to me and once I re-launched the game I got the prompt.
yep, i completed the first zone and got it
