With some manacheat like Thaddius and shadowstep effect....you have no or few (3-4) mana against fullboard.
Maybe if this also increased your maximum mana by the amount stolen, then at least it wouldn't be useless in the late game.
This card is only strong if you mulligan [which is meh] or get it on or near curve. Getting it after 6 mana is pretty much useless
Mana ramp in Warlock!?!
Anyway this is insanely strong against any slow deck, especially those that need high mana to execute some combo. Absolute trash against aggro though.
6 mana 3/4 ?
I struggle to find justification for it being that high cost. Sure you can draw it with Summer Flowerchild but the stats are abysmal. At the very least it should have been a 4/4.
Waiting for "Alright, deck intro time" with this one so much
6 mana? why? to costly
Probably to avoid highrolls. If this would cost like 4 and you would go first and play it turn 4, your opponent will be at 3 Mana on his turn and next turn you'd be at 6 Mana.
But you get the +1 crystal? Or the opponent just loses it and you get nothing?
I don't think this is as bad as the comment say. Maybe not Wild viable.
Im pretty sure that you keep the Crystal as yours, so whenever you would fill a Crystal, you would fill this.
I think that the text on the card is wrong. You don't take an "Empty Mana Crystal" you take a Mana Crystal, empty. so Is empty the turn you get it and you can't use it.
I'm not sure what happens in Turn 10, I guess does nothing, which makes the card notably worst. I don't think is going to see play in any deck but a silly Mark Combo deck, has some Revenant Rascal vibes. It's too slow as ramp and not disruptive enough.
But is a cool card, at least.
bUt WHat is the OPPOneNt doSEN't haVe EmPty mAnA crysTALs?!
To be fair I don't know why dosn't say just "Mana Crystals"
When you play this you get an empty crystal because of this wording. "Empty" part doesn't mean much for the opponent most of the times.* But for the player who plays this it is very different to have an empty mana crystal or a full mana crystal. They could word it like "Take a mana crystal from your opponent to have an empty mana crystal" but this way it is shorter.
*If your opponent skips their turn without spending any mana, this wouldn't take any.
Outright unplayable in Warlock.
Druids can drop it quite early and I expect to see it in Wild in some Guff decks but I don't think it is anything broken
Looks alarming but it's pretty useless. The best case scenario where you coin it on turn 5 gives you 7 mana next turn while your opponent is at 5 mana, but you just took that turn to play a 3/4. That's not good, there's much better things to do with 6 mana.
Also past turn 8 this becomes just a 6 mana 3/4 because 10 mana cards aren't in the meta right now. I can see some really dumb over complex wild combo where you drain your opponent of all mana somehow, but aside from that meme it's awful.
Out of hands. Not funny to play against
Because its an auto win for you if your opponent spends 6 mana on a spider tank?
double it and give it to the next person
I worry when a card does not have a tribe. Will not see play in standard. Toooo costly.
As a wild player, I can say that this card is insanely strong.
