Odd/even will be good ONLY with classes and decks that can REALLY abuse their hero powers, that is:
-Hunter: Any aggro/midrange version can do with a hero power that hits for 4hp. That would be very powerful. It will need the cards but if it finds decent cards it could be deadly.
-Mage: Mage heroe power hitting for 2 or costing 1 less mana is really good. But it would need control cards to go with it, I'm not so sure if there are enough.
-Priest: Healing 4? Im not sure how good that is. Healing is specially good when healing minions to stay of range, and healing 2 tends to be enough. Maybe not worth.
-Warrior: There are A LOT of armor warrior cards that could definelty do with a 4 armor hero power. But this cards doesnt seem like too much, so maybe not enough.
The other classes I dont think find too much use in this improved heroe powers.
Well I will asume you have the old cards, so ill comment on the new.
Baleful Banker is great! no doubt it will have a spot somewhere so i think its totally worth.
I believe dollmaster is pretty much overhyped, its quite difficult to get value from that, so I qualify it as I qualified quest mage: "It looks cool and fun, but wont actually make a +50% w/r deck". Dont craft that one, or at least not until im proven wrong, lol.
Lord godfrey looks like a really strong control card. It will probably be played as long as there are viable warlock decks that want to control, probable safe craft.
Elemental decks were too weak for two reasons: not enough pressure for a tempo deck and not enough value for long game control. Will this be fixed? We will see...
Black+anything I tend to enjoy the most. Blue black is obviously amazing in standard atm. Also B/G constrictor or sultai. And B/W vampires. Yup I like black lol
I think he has a point, warrior right now feels like "pre-cube lock" warlock. They were trying to push the discard warlock super hard and it wasnt working. But they kept trying and failing. Then they made him OP....
I can see how rhok'delar might have to go tier 3-4 after rotations. But its too early for that! I think the tier list has to be about what we can see today in the meta and the stats, not about wild speculation of what might happen after rotation. So I think the best is keep him at tier 2, its a really good card for spell hunter that is a tier 2 deck atm. Once rotation hits IF spell hunter looses its power, we should consider moving it.
But I do agree with the skull of the man'ari as a tier 2... Its a must in cube lock but it isnt really played anywhere else in standard. I feel its a bit like rhok'delar. As long as we see cube lock we will see the skull, but without that... Im not sure we would be seen it much.

The rest as cheap blue/greens, so yeah why not.

I've been playing for a year and a half now, if you preorder all expa and PLAY the game you end up having 90% of top decks..
Currently i can play all and have 2000 gold and 6500 dust . Just be smart about crafting and play.

Nzoth is rotating. This way you already nerf voidlord. Just saying..

In standard warlock is strong, just like paladín and priest. Actually both of them have better win ratio atm.
