     Please explain how Reno is RNG? This statement makes no sense.
     Because you lose if you don't draw reno and since reno is a 1 off in an unreliable deck the RNG is in the actual chance to draw reno in the first turns.
     That statement means ever card and every card game is RNG. It always depends on what you draw and the order it's drawn in.
     Essentially this is true.
