I think instead of making Reno classic, they should just add new tech cards that support a unique deck. I mean there are times you play a Reno deck but you don't draw Reno. And I hope in future expansions, they would add Kazakus-like cards to other classes too

Nope, Blizzard introduced Standard so that there will always be a change of pace and gameplay for players or so that players won't get bored of their game. Blizzard probably retained the wild for those people who only enjoy winning using the same set of cards. Can you imagine Secret Paladin and Oil Rogue ruling Hearthstone for years? Some people would eventually get bored and quit Hearthstone and that's not good for the developers of Hearthstone. That's probably why they nerf cards as well. So you just gotta adapt when new a standard rolls in.
