The IQ in this post is so low, it's in the negatives. Here's why:
Many archetypes are kinda spoonfed by development. Aside from 5-10 flex cards, you always have a core of 20 that is far superior than any other 20 cards you may want to play for that archetype. There are statistic websites that indicate the usefulness of each card in every scenario, so in time players end up with a very refined version of those archetypes, that have 25-27 core cards that cannot be replaced by something better.
If you suggest that you cannot play the most common cards, does that mean that just the first player who built the deck gets to play it and have an unfair advantage over the others? See how stupid that sounds? Or, if everyone is barred from using the most popular cards, they will just go to the following strongest cards in power level. Netdecking again, which you hate, but is not an actual problem.
I am still hoping this was a troll post, but if you think you have a groundbreaking plan to promote unique decks, I feel a bit sorry for you. Feel free to play your homebrews in casual though, eventually you will meet other bad decks or terrible players once your winrate gets squished by "netdeckers".
Blood Queen never saw play in standard, it was universally deemed bad, so I don't see such a slow card working in wild. Clutchmother is also kinda slow and so is Soulwarden. These are vanilla minion with poor tempo. You lose to a faster aggro and die to other decks, like big priest, control/dh warlock. Also Fist of Jartaxxus is bad. I'm not saying discolock cannot work, but this deck needs serious work to break into the tiered ranks.
Quote from Chueven>> Yeah, dude, we don't want to nerf it to the ground, right? Making something literally unplayable it's never good. Nerfing Barnes to (6) will just toggle him off their decks and making it less performant against aggroes (which is already a hard matchup for big priests). They already have Shadow Essence, which summons a 5/5 copy of a minion from their decks, no need to use a card slot for a (6) 3/4 which summons a 1/1.. at turn 6.
Got it now?
It's not nerfed to the ground. Still playable. The stats can be adjusted too as a 5/5 for example. It just stops the problem of it dropping loads of big revivable minions very early on. Res preists already beat control decks, so it's natural that Aggro decks should punish them.
Your proposal is 4 mana for 6/8 stats over 2 bodies, one of each can come with a strong deathrattle. Any decent player can see that's insane.
For Barnes: 4 mana 3/4 battlecry: Summon a 3/4 copy of a minion that cost (5) or less. [or (4)]
I thought this to keep an acceptable level of value for a LEGENDARY card.. remember that Barnes is a Leg, so it must keep a value up for being one of. With this new battlecry, you'll put in board TWO 3/4 in one turn, letting you decide which minion to summon from a smallest pool (your deck anyway), and it's pretty different from the solution posted by dravenforever, which would result in Barnes summoning a 1/1 Wisp or a 1/1 Deathwing, which is empty of any value at all (Barnes would've be a Rare at max card imho this way).
What do you guys think about my "solution"?
4 mana for 6/8 stats hmm... *Thinking*
Remember that we're talking about turn 4-5, there are worse combos out there.. also if the priest is going to revive someone, it won't change that much, considering that most (5) cards aren't 8/8 with cocky effects!! The problem with Big priest isn't about stats, more like cancerous cards summoned such as Ragnaros, Obsidian statue, LK, Y'shaarj.
Your fix is still insanely overpowered. The only adjustment Barnes needs is a mana increase. That's it. These "actor" or random minion suggestions are getting worse by the day.
The biggest problem with barnes is enabling expensive minions very early in the game. The simplest and only neerf it needs is an increase in cost by at least 2 mana.

Just like people never complain to you about using bad homebrew decks with no synergy and probably a handful of nonsensical inclusions, you have no right to tell people what deck to play in casual mode. You can face a top tier deck in casual for a low of reasons:
1. Easy gold, because of the higher odds to face a meme deck. However this balances itself out due to a thing called mmr - if you win too much, you will probably get other tryharders.
2. Trying a deck you're uncertain of laddering with
3. Not wanting to emotionally burden yourself with ladder.
Now, the beauty of this forums is that, instead of whining that your meme decks get ran over, you can look for other people who play fun decks , add them, and enjoy each other's creations.
Guys, if you are offered 30 EVIL Miscreant, take all of them. They are seriously god level for arena. And the list also includes 2 mistress of mixtures.
Why do people choose to play one class only? Is it because of money issues or is it some other fundamental idea they follow related to lore? Blizzard has been upfront about it: classes at the top of the power level will keep rotating.
Another reason to play all classes is that this simple game becomes a very different experience when you play aggressive, token, midrange, control or combo decks. Things change a lot, and it keeps the game fresh for someone who likes to explore all these different experiences.
Mage right now is not in the best spot, but it has a tier 3/2 deck right now. Which means you can do decent with it no matter the rank. So, unless you are just looking for a tier 1 deck, I bid you farewell until the expansion when mage gets "all the love".

We don't need a thread for that, plus, I don't want to see grammar mistakes whenever someone posts a lucky moment.

Way too much spell generation, and way too little card draw. Freeze exodia quest is better, but even that deck is made redundant by exodia mage.

Very cheap, competitive decks you can craft:
Token Druid
Murloc Shaman
Zoo Warlock
Secret Paladin
There is an article of some budget decks, give it a look, should be on the front or second page.

"This game is gone way too far from a skilled card game. The only thing left is "card", you don't need brain or skill to play now."
Stopped reading there. Farewell, friend.
