First of all i want to thank you for your time and the really good job. I really appreciate.
As for Sergeants addition the idea was to have tools that can help the deck for the early trades without sacrifice other minions. On the later stage of the game Sergeant and blessing of might can help Leeroy to give the final blow.
The deck was created and used for fast laddering. 5-8 minute games with a good win-ratio was what i looking for and the deck doesn't disappointed me.
You really don't have the luxury to wait for the perfect time to play a minion in an aggressive deck and if you don't have any other choice is better to play something rather than not play.
As for Archerus Veteran you can play them even in turn one against warlocks and priests and can considered as a good play. Abusive Sergeants normally are better to combo them with your other minions in order to trade a taunt or a must-die minion. In some games you can combo them with Leeroy and a might for the final blow:)
I play only one Firefly and changing it to Dire Mole will not have an effect on the results of this deck.Maybe Dire Mole is better while playing it and after you play divine favor but fire fly for example give you one extra 1/2 minion that can fill the empty manna in one turn or even more can provide you with another 3/3 minion if you discover Tarim from Stonehill.
Good question dude. After i played many games with Odd Paladin i took the decision to cut owl from the deck.
Odd Pala can maintain board control in the early turns. With the addition of abusive's and sometimes with the help of Might buff you can trade a big taunt without loosing all of your board so you can keep pressing the opponent. In addition to that a possible Tarim from Stonehill defender can help with a big taunt in the mid/later stage of the game.
Running one owl it doesn't mean that you will have it the time you need it. Two owls are too much. I play myself many variations of this deck with one even with two owls. Didn't like it.
Odd Pala can lead you to legend guys confirmed!! I play a variation of this deck and hit legend very easy second day after reset month with 80 win-ratio from rank3.
i don't understand what do you mean by the word cheap but as for easy to counter i agree if you play anti aggro decks. But be carefull shudderwock shaman is waiting for you in the corner:)

Corridor creepers are irreplaceable in this deck imo. But if you don't want to craft them try Vicious Fledgling

You really can’t imagine how useful it is unless you include it in your list and play some games
