 My guess is that content has been delayed or put on hold while they resolve their internal issues for the time being. I'm surprised we got the nerfs as quickly as we did.

Well Afrasiabi doesn't work at Blizzard any longer. I don't think there is anything they can do short term to really turn their image around. It is going to take a long while and making good choices on their part.

I'm going to assume the lack of updates is due to the recent events happening at Blizzard. They've only posted two official news updates since, I would assume they were pre-scheduled posts and just covering what is included in the new expansion. That said, I'm very interested in hearing what the Battleground changes will entail, but I'm not expecting it to that soon.
