To reach rank 5 with a winrate > 50%, baku is the only legendary you need. Add another magic carpet/si7 agent, fire flies (synergy with magic carpet)
The second most important legendaries are leeroy and patches (finisher/classic legendary and huge tempo boost in the early game + thinning your deck)
Then Loatheb
Snip snap and zilliax are the last ones you want to craft. you don't need them at all.

yep he can, you can put a second si-7 agent or magic carpet instead
he's just very good vs mage/priest to cancel a board clear for example
greenskin is a classic legendary so he can be played forever in standard, it's a better craft but if you love playing wild then loatheb is one of the best wild legendary, a safe craft

 Ok that is pretty subjective. It is the perfect puzzle piece to the deck, but not everyone is going to craft a wild legendary to play a flavor deck that can win pretty substantially without it. To answer you @stagh you can play Leeroy Jenkins and probably do nearly as well. Any card in your collection that does direct damage is, although worse as Ace is trying to say, will get you there.

Wrong, aluneth is the key card and the best card of the deck. Playing secret mage without aluneth its the same as playing control warrior without dr boom.
The deck is super cheap and only has one legendary and one epic card with ice block.

A 6 mana card having the best mulligan, drawn and played winrate in an aggro deck, it's clearly a must have to play the deck.

never craft budget deck, its crap, you will waste 5000 dust crafting 4 shitty 1k dust decks instead of putting your 4000 dust to have a top tier deck.

snip snap doesn't belong to the deck it pollutes the res pool of kangor

Zephrys is trash vs deathrattle, he's not able to identify dangerous deathrattles to give you a hex or to pollute opponent res pool (vs big priest).

Aggro warrior. You have all the cards and only need to add 1 town crier which is a warrior key card. 
it's a tier 1/top tier 2 deck. Very good investment, the legendaries in the deck are classic cards, leeroy/grommash.
Aggro warrior is better than zoolock if you want to play an aggro deck.

Highlander rogue is whack.
You have to add the pirate package with hooktusk, corsair, etc. It makes the deck a lot stronger in the midgame.
But it still sucks, i'm stuck in trash legend with it. 
Any aggro deck stomps it.
By adding the scheme you can beat control warrior everytime but that's all.

what deck are you playing? the meta deck one or are you teching useless cards in it?
aggro warrior and quest paladin are legend capable decks, it should be a quick run from rank 15 to rank 5
can you show some replay to see what went wrong in your games?
your decks are not the issue, it's your gameplay, you can't be unlucky during hundred of games

if you prefer playing quest paladin than aggro warrior, i reached legend with it, i can give you some advice

vs rogue you need to play on curve and keep in the mulligan ancestral guardian or zilliax

zephrys can't find lethal in some situations
if you face a mage, and he has 1 hp with 1 secret (probably ice block)
zephyr don't give you flare but direct damage like fireball or eviscerate
