That's not possible. Starting hand only has 4 cards going second, you draw your 5th card get quest done turn 1, turn 2 you draw prep. Having to make up opening hands that start with 5 cards + coin is just sad.
No version is running wisp either due to how terrible it is, but that's the least of the problems when you are so far removed from reality to think people start with 5 cards in their hand.
Unless solo Feugen becomes a thing, there's also the fact that a Feugen play could cause some awkward reactions. Silencing his deathrattle, holding silence for the Stalagg, holding BGH for the Thaddius, etc. It does add a little bit of value to the already substantial 4/7 for 5.
I've only played this a few times, but I noticed vs priest that if you don't draw an axe early they have a good opportunity to run away with the game healing their clerics, since all the early board presence has only 1-2 attack.

No Murk-Eye in standard, sadly. He's considered a promotional card and as of standard, will no longer even be rewarded as he is now.
