I did this for a while too, but it's hard countered by Naturalize and too slow without taunt to deal with the minion-heavy decks like murloc. Fun though, most definitely.
Any significant healing should negate Mind Blast. They need a little bit of luck to pull off their kill by turn 4 if they go second, and turn 5 if they go first. You heal for more than 5 and you get them in topdeck mode, which slows them down significantly.
