Hearthpwn

I just discovered Innkeeper and it's ability to work with hearthpwn. Hopefully this hasn't already been suggested or posted but here we go.

When you are looking to build decks, I see there is an option to check off "Only show decks I can create". This is excellent, but what if we do not have the 100% of the cards in the deck builds, then it appears that they will not show up in the filter. Could we possibly add something to the effect of a filter with "Only show decks I can create" with an additional modifier of choosing something like "Percent % of Cards owned". Maybe 60%, 70%, or honestly if it is not difficult to code, any % the user wishes to choose. The point of this would be that now, if I choose a percent of the cards that I do own in a filter, many more decks will show up and I can fill the cards I don't have with ones that I do. I don't know if anything like this exists but I think it would a great idea to have something like this. I've played a great amount of Hearthstone but not enough I suppose to have a bunch of amazing cards. So whenever I choose just the "Only show decks I can create" I get nothing but basic deck builds of course because I've got a bunch of rares, and very few epics and legendaries.

Anyway, I think you guys see what I am saying or recommending. If something like this does exist then I apologize and would hope someone could point me in the right way. But if not, this would be a pretty cool feature I think for everyone. What do you guys think?
