I'm a big fan of Flamecannon, but that is when I have control of the board state and I can guarantee I'm not blowing it on a silver hand recruit or a annoy-a-tron. I actually prefer the Ironbeak Owl because you get another 2 drop body that can trade up and works as soft removal.
With all the big bodies you already have I would go with Healer. To me this guy allows you to be aggressive with what you already have on the board (hit then heal, heal then hit, w/e.) while also giving you a little health back too. Corruptor is only aggressive if you have a dragon in hand and if not the 4 health body will probably get traded pretty easy. Also, not that it is popular in arena, the 4/5 body sneaks in better in between priests removal.

Grommash - He ends games, period. Malygos USUALLY needs to survive a turn to make use where as Gromm comes in and murders.

Mana wyrm - Even if it never gets bumped he is a solid body for one that can trade against a lot of early aggression and has the power to build.
No to mage because as you have stated a hundred times minions are the focus on arena.
Duplicate is a wild card and with arena being so inconsistent already, why throw more craziness into the mix?

I've been running a similar pally but with blood knight in to take advantage of the shields. What do you think?
