I think it's the best legendary in terms of viable decks this expansion. Personally, I've had more success with Even Pally than Odd Pally, but that comes down to playstyle preference, as statistically both decks are equally strong.
If you are only playing pally, it might be a toss-up between Baku or Genn, if you occasionally like playing other classes, I'd recommend Baku.
I do have tirion-tarim, but greymane is boring. Baku it is.
Casual F2P player here guys. My question is, considering I only have enough dust to craft one legendary, is Baku a safe bet? (I main pally). And that hopefully it will still be a good craft one month from now, when the meta is settled?
If you're starting off with the crafting game, don't aim for control cards. Control decks typically require lots of legendaries and epics.
Corpsetaker is ok in midrange, not only in control, but it requires you to have tirion and hopefully fizzlebang to really make it work. Either way the card isn't even that good compared to others.
Hydra is a good option for your midrange hunter, as well as other aggressive/midrange decks.
Dynomancy is TERRIBLE.
Warleader got nerfed recently, all the murloc pally decks disappeared, so probably not a strong of a deck anymore.
I have tirion but no burnbistle. hydra is a good option for for my druid/hunter/maybe warlock, but perhaps unsuited for paladin? I wanted corpsetaker because I've been trying to make a windfury deck.
You can go for a windfury deck, but I just want to make it clear it will be a meme deck, there are basically no good windfury cards. Notable exception of Whirling Zap-o-matic, but that by itself does not justify corpsetaker for the sake of windfury alone. The only deck where corpsetaker really takes advantage of the natural deck is on a paladin midrange/control, because you'd be playing tirion anyways, and potentially other divine shield/taunt minions, as well as potentially burnbristle. Never seen too much of corpsetaker outside of that.
Hydra would work fine in any aggro/tempo/midrange deck, even if only being used as a filler card until you get one that suits that specific deck better. I just wouldn't use it in a warlock deck because you already lose some life using your hero power.
Mostly combining farseer/harpy/stormwatcher with blessing of might/kings/bonemare/handbuff. (it's not working lol).
Well, I'd recommend a neutral card, so you can use it in several decks.
If you ever want to have successful control decks, you will need Doomsayer, so that's probably a safe craft.
Bittertide Hydra is also a great craft for most agro/midrange decks. I've even seen it in a tempo mage deck on the ladder.
Primordial Drake is another good control-type card, although it can also be in a more mid-range deck. He's also really great when combo'd with the Curator.
And otherwise, most classes have epics that are necessary for most of their decks. If you like a certain class, this would be a good craft. Brawl, Prep, Primordial Glyph, Shadow Visions, Ice Block, Vilespine Slayer, or Living Mana are the ones that come to mind.
Ah yes I forgot primordial drake. well, I do have curator. doomsayer is not very exciting so I'll skip it for now.

As a rule of thumb, don't craft cards, craft decks. What deck do you really want to play, but you're missing an epic, making it unplayable? Dragonfire Potion is one of the most important epics, but it's a waste of dust if you don't/can't play priest.
Mostly paladin (control, hand buff, windfury) though recently I'm enjoying my beast druid with malfurion, menagerie warden & tyrantus.
I do not find it fulfilling to join in the parade of the moaning and bitching about balance issues whether real or imagined. And do not have complaints about any other imbalances or so called 'cancer decks'. But ultimately hearthstone is a game about maintaining an equilbrium of value, and sustaining the necessity to edge out the opponent in obtaining this value.
Doppelganger into evolve is an auto concede for me. To compare, let me lay out other scenarios which basically result in autoloss:
1. time warp + apprentice + antonidas
2. raza + anduin (situational but applies)
3. crystal core
I celebrate the variety of this game and it's 'constantly evolving meta', but none of the situations above make me feel cheated or lessen my enjoyment of the game.
So I got myself a golden Tinky that I have no intention of keeping. I'm trying to decide which one of these I should craft.
1. Tirion
2. Alexa
3. Ysera
4. Cairne
5. Nzoth
I mostly play mid-paladin, so Tirion is definitely something I want, but I'm worried about its synergy with ebony blade. Also Y/A might be a better choice as neutrals.

hey guys, I finally have enough dust stored up for my first crafted epic, and I need help deciding. I mostly play the following decks:
1. control paladin
2. hand buff paladin
3. mid range hunter
4. beast druid
5. also some warlock & control warrior
I would have preferred a classic card, but none I want that badly (maybe lay on hands).

I know they can be outplayed, its why I dont mind the others. In this case the value generated is disproportionate.
board clear isn't the answer to every minion heavy play. otherwise blizzard should just print 5 mana 10/10s.

hardly. evolve shaman didn't really take off until KFT. so its only a couple months old. enough time for the issue to be resolved.

I hope blizzard takes another look at this.
