Haha, Sentinel dropped Blingtron 3000 and he got Cursed Blade. He never wanted to attack my 1/7 so he kept holding on to it.
This fight is A LOT easier when he takes 2 damage per hit ;)
The main problem I had with this deck, and I don't think there is much you can do to get around it, is that whenever there was a joust I lost. I didn't win one. I mean, I know i got lucky and won my first try, but I can imagine it getting annoying.
Maybe I am the only one, but I would prefer if you would have the winner be written as spoiler text so I don't immediately know the results of the vods.
basically you did this to me
"Hey remember that move which came out this weekend? Here's how it ends, and here is a link to watch it!"
Agreed about the drakes. Personally I subbed one for Harrison Jones.
With Jones I still have a 5 drop, and I can potentially get card draw. Very nice to have against paladin/warriors... It also has the advantage of receiving no negative effect from Silence, unlike the drake. Idk, I really think it works well here.
I think the biggest thing I have taken out of this brawl is how much inspire cards effect the trade or face decision. A lot of these inspire cards are going to have this invisible taunt which is going to cause face decks to trade. Even if you don't have time to use the inspire effect on the turn that you play it, it still poses the threat of getting bigger if it is left alone.
Its still really hard to tell if its just the bad brawl decks that cause this change in decisions, or if it is a sign of what is to come. Before this tavern brawl, before i got to actually play with inspire, I just felt like it would still be too slow. This brawl is changing my mind on that. I wonder if these decks are tailored by blizzard to make me feel this way. GET OUT OF MY HEAD BLIZZ!
Perhaps the outcome will be face decks that are teched to deal with the inspire cards most commonly used in the meta.
Also, i got medivh 7 times in a row before getting Hunter. I'd like this not to be a thing in the future.
Hmm, this one is pretty interesting. I don't see this really seeing much play in constructed but in arena it could be pretty amazing. For priest, it is godly. Remember that you can attack heal, and then it will activate the windfury for your second attack. Great 2-for-1

Minions with less than 4 attack will not kill the Armor, but his spells, and high attack minions will. FYI

Kolento was playing this EXACT deck the day before thanks giving. I know since I have the screenshots I used to copy it XD

First try, no replacements. Lost frothing early, but once I got patrons on the board I couldn't lose. Trade smart.
I got lucky with AI, and murk eye didn't re-spawn.

Good plan. Midrange pally is really great in the meta right now, or at least it was yesterday ;)

Umm, because +2 attack would be OP? Can you please just not make the card complete trash?

No patch today? But why have I been patched oO?

Yup, pretty much why I always stop at rank 5...
(or at least that is what I have told myself :P)

So the bad thing is you are only ever going to play this on turn 9 (save for Thaurissan/other mana reduct shenanigans)
Good thing is if it lives until turn 10 there is all sorts of crazy shit you can do.
