Face hunter deck worked for me against Maexxna. Explosive Rune to fill his board with 1/1s so that he can't summon anything big and nasty. Unleash the hounds and let him bounce a couple. Bring out the wolf and wail. After that just keep playin' whatever direct damage and charges you can. Try to avoid killing of his minions as much as you can (obviously you can't stop him from doing the same) so that he is still stuck with 1/1s. Had him done in five turns. Great deck!
