Good deck, although I don't have guldan or umbra to test it in its entirety, I liked it a lot in the games that I tried it, I even beat an odd questline hunter :)
Kael'thas's text says that the descent of the dragons was just a setback, so I went to see the cards from that set and there is one that looks a lot like a phoenix (3 mana 1/3, can't remember the name) and its description says something related to the backs of food-shaped cards, and I found a back (I think it's called "bonfire") that in the description clarifies that the card is not edible, could it have something to do with it?
I'm looking forward to crafting quest mage and reno priest but I'm not sure I'll like them when I play them, so I'm wondering if someone who already has them would help me test them in a friendly challenge with the option of using a deck of your opponent

It is not a bug, if you read the patch notes it says that from today you can get cards from the new expansion in the packages that they offer you while you play duels

that's true, but I don't have it and I don't want to create it just for that combo, and the jailer has given me a couple of games

It is a very good deck but the problem is that it is very difficult to play well, that's why its low win rate
