19% of decks contains Maiev and that's a lot. Do you really think that it is overhyped?
Maiev is a strong without a doubt. If you think otherwise then you seriously underestimate this card.

Finally it's gone! Cool mechanic on paper and absolutely stupid in reality. Every time I realized that the opponent has this card, I also realized that the game would be boring.

I think, that Auctionmaster Beardo has a chance because he is allows to use ability few times in one turn (when it cost 0). But it's so situationaly and requies testing. Generally Beardo is just a tech card.
