It depends on which cards do you already have. It's really good against aggro, but Tarim & Tirion or Murloc package (in case of Aggro or Mid deck) are way more important.
I think, #1 crafting priority is cards which synergize with playable ones from your collection. 2x Intendants for Wild or 2xWarleader + Finja actually may be better for your winrate
Actually, there is no way to determine if your opponent is BMing you or just thinking slowly. I know some people who really like going through all options (even if there is one option), which of course means they "think till rope".
Also there may be problems with connection (it's really not rare in post-USSR mobile internet), which often makes you to reset 3G or router while in game. That's kinda annoying for both players, especially when it makes you lose)
I guess around 1% (if you get a card as reward, which has it's own chance), like in packs. Personally, I had seen this only once on stream, so chances are something around this.
In wild you usually recognize type of your opponent's deck after a few turns from the start, so you can adapt to it, but you can't adapt to 28 random spell cards, 3/4 of which are really strong
In my opinion, there should be some "borders" or "hints" for randomization. For example, Hydrologist or Ivory Knight are nice rng-cards, because you don't have to "play around everything", while cards like Primordial Glyph are just overpowered and you really don't know what to expect from your opponent

According to this article, there are going to announce their desicion about Artifact in 3/4 quarter of 2018, obviously after release.
It's quite sad news, but I still doubt these guys would leave HS

This can'be real. OP in wild with a guy who lets you double hero power or Auctioneer Beardo.
But if it is, Control Paladin will probably be tier 1 in both wild and standart because of nice early- and midgame with decent wincondition

Actually, it is possible Shaman won't get any new freeze cards in this expansion. It can as well be setup for next expansion.
I think, there must be really crazy freeze mechanics for this card to play

Perhaps there will be something like doppelgangster for 3 mana, so this is like Big-Time Racketeer.
Or blizzard just needs bad cards to balance arena by increasing frequency of these drops for best classes...
