I have had a lot of success with control priest. With the ladder full of paladins you'll get a lot of free wins. Same against odd and even paladins. Hunters is also very easy. 

Against spiteful druid I'm about 45% unfavorable winrate. I haven't faced more than 4 locks so far but won them all.

Control priest is about never giving up, there has been so many games where I've made great combacks.

I've been playing priest for the last 4 years so I'm a bit bias and you can't run the deck on auto pilot. It takes effort.

Haven't played much this season yet. But I faced 9 paladins in a row and won 8 and disconnected on one. I cannot recommend control priest more highly. It's so much fun sending 4 mind blasts in a row. I've only done it twice thou and it's not something you can count on.

I also play warlock, both cube and control and they are both very powerful. Basically, you can't really go wrong with any of them. Could also argue that if you choose control lock, your not missing many cards for cube as well.

Last season I had 67% overall winrate with priest, and 62% with cube and control lock.

Have you tried copying velen with vivid nightmare? 

If you don't ever play Wild, you can make an argument for not keeping a single card that is unusable in Standard. They will just sit there gathering dust!

What is the point of keeping old epics and legendary's that hasn't seen play expect for fringe meme decks? The absolute worst that can happen is that some card make a comeback, and that does't happen often.

The situation is probably familiar to everyone here. You set up lethal for the next turn, and you opponent ropes the turn, and make you wait to finish him/her off.

Personally I find this very rude, and I'm sure there are situations where trying to find a way out is the reason for the rope to burn. Is this behaviour in anyway acceptable? Have you ever done it?, if so why. 

Please don't mistake this for a salt thread. I am simply curious as to why people don't just concede or pass the turn and accept defeat.

Should people that rope while being inactive get a 5 minutes shut out or something like that, should there be consequences?

I agree that cubelock is a very powerful deck, no doubt. But looking at my records I don't have a terrible record against it nor is it's winrate above 60%, (numbers from hsreplay).

It's even been bumped down to tier 2. Also getting the nuts in any deck is usually going to feel a bit unfair to play against. You will not see every cubelock curving out perfectly everytime.

People seem to keep forgetting that there is variance in every card game, sometimes it works against you, thing is we easily forget when we are the lucky one. But being unlucky is remembered a lot longer.

I don't think cube need to be nerfed. It's hardly the only deck you meet anymore, all classes but shaman har a tier 2 deck at the moment.

When I started priest was a very unloved class and hard to play, so of course I got all the priest card from packs. Zetalot and Kolento taught me to win with priest.

I have only been insulted once after a game, but I have at least 10 people that has added me just to say good game, or ask about the deck or some such.

For me, most of the people in the game has been polite and mature.

Just wanted to share how lucky I've been opening packs today.

For my free pack today I was hoping for Dragoncaller Alanna, and I got her!

Then I bought 15 Frozen Throne anf 15 Ungoro. I got them because I didn't want to use my dust before WW. I was hoping for Prince Taldarem, Mage quest, and Shaman DK.

I got the prince in the first pack, and Thrall in the second. And I got the quest. Also got a golden legendary, golden epic, 3 golden rare and 3 golden common.

And to top it all off, I'm on a 9 game winning streak!

I have 9 games vs Paladin, won them all, but one of them was disconnect. 7 secret 2 midrange. Find it strange that you are having problems vs secret pala. Don't give up on it.
