To smack the nail on the head for the hundredth time, dr. boom is unbalanced mostly because of the card quality in comparison. Sure, there have been posts about mana-efficient removal spells for Dr.Boom, but compare them to ANY other card in the game right now. Generally speaking, almost any other card you can name has some 1 card that can nearly completely null the threat of that card, whether is be polymorph,  BGH, or whatever. However, on this occasion, there is no single card that can avoid the devastating death rattle of the boombots, and that is why  I still call Dr. Boom OP.

Example of uncollectable cards: Razorpetal, Flame Elemental, Sharp Fork, etc.

Flavor: He has a friend who perfers to raid tombs rather than battlegrounds

Miracle is back! An alternate version of Tomb Pillager, but in exchange, you can pull of some sick combos to produce more coins for your combos. Fits right into Rogue like Coins in a wallet... of course he's stealing those coins ASAP

This could but probably will not replace Novice Engineer in Freeze Mage. 
It could be a WAY better Novice if it draws you another Burn Spell or a 3rd Ice Block that you desperately need. 
However, it will not do that consistently, and it delays Alexstrasza/Emperor Thaurissan a turn.
Freeze mage lives and dies by how quickly it can draw out its combo and this card does not really help it do that. 

It will see play just not in Tempo or Freeze.
