Brann Hunter seems really strong. Krush on turn 7 is a huge swing, esp. for Hunter.
I've been going with Quest Thief Rogue and while the archetype is a blast to play again, it's weak vs aggro so we'll see how long it lasts. Card generation is insane though.
Quest Mage, Priest, Pally, Warlock, Hunter are crap. Too slow. I thought Quest hunter would be a big threat but it's simply too slow.
Quest Druid is strong, but still needs to prove itself. Early game is rather weak. You need to live long enough to catch up once quest is activated.
Quest Shaman is bonkers strong. Likely Tier 1 off the bat. Double battlecries is just too much.
I haven't spent a dime in a good while on this game for the very reason that HS is way overpriced now. You get very little for the amount of money spent.
And the game has been getting greedier as well with many "booster packs" popping up for $20-30 here and there. Pure money grab is what those are.
I'll always like the game. But the truth is that it's simply too expensive and their asking price is bonkers. So they're not getting my money any longer.
It was definitely the right call to buff the card. At 7 mana, any deck would have to buff up its early game or rely on a different type of decklist if not entirely cut the card out.
I played a lot with this card when it first came out and it was unplayable in anything but Big Mage. Even then, it was mostly a nice addition when it was possible to play it safely. And even if you managed to play it, you didn't have too many minions to combo it with.
At 5 mana it's definitely playable. You still need to manage tempo in the previous turns but it's not an auto-loss if you don't as you have a chance to catch back up. Your deck can also be more optimized around the card itself.
I'd almost argue it should be a 4-mana card to really get its benefit. But that might be busted for sure.
Hard to value. It needs to work twice to be break-even on value. It's been pointed that some cards can discover 3 cards at once. It would need to be used on those.
Strong card. 20 seems like a lot until you factor tokens. Then the power can be used on small, sticky minions. I foresee it's going to see use. Maybe not a Tier 1 deck, but T2 for sure imo.
This is basically 2-mana Savage Roar that can be applied every turn. Don't sleep on this one.
I don't think this will be that strong. You need to remove another card to include this so it's still a tradeoff. Secrets can also be easy to play around.
Yeah, I don't like it. Tess rogue is one of my favorite rogue decks to ever be made but this is only superficially supporting that deck type. This is really just Odd Rogue v.2.0.
Meh, kinda lazy. If the power was changed to "generate a card from another class" then it would be awesome support. As-is, big meh.
I'll still use it in my Tess deck because it's so strong. Not sure I'll be happy about it though.
I get this kind of post comes out every xpac, but I think it's a legitimate complaint. HS is incredibly expensive now. Even moreso since they started coming out with what seems to be bi-monthly bundles for $20-30.
As someone who put hundreds into this game, I feel I have very little to show for it despite HS being one of my favorite games ever. Blizz just doesn't care about your contribution beyond their base offers.
So yeah. I'm done putting money in this game. And I think a large portion of the playerbase is as well.

Not a card buff, but an option to cut out or minimize animation time would be great. It would speed the game up a bit.
Several cards could stand to have some buffs. Most Rogue spells come to mind following the Prep nerf.
Otherwise I'd like to see under-utilized archetypes get a small buff to bring them to viability;
So on and so forth. I'd focus a lot more on archetypes than specific cards. It's too easy to overshoot when only looking at specific cards.

Superbly crafted deck, mate. You don't even need Leeroy to push lethal.
Bit weak to aggro, but you still have ways to play around it.
Any good swap for Gral, though? That's the only card I'm missing in the list. I put in a Shadow of Death but I'm sure there could be better.

Exactly the card weapons warrior needed, but its cost is pretty limiting. Hard to say if it will see play at this time.

Terrific in Wild Big Rogue. Put this on Charged Devilsaur and you'll have lethal in no time.
The cost is a bit high though. That could limit play. We'll see how viable it is in practice. But the potential is there.
