    I don't think blizzard would make less money. Pokémon tcgo has trading. Free packs given by quests are trade locked and purchased packs could be traded for cards. The newest expansion packs are always worth more. Blizzard could do the same thing. They may even earn more money if people knew they had to buy 20 packs to trade for a specific legendary.
