As I stated in a reply to someone else, it’s not like aggro is just going to go away after this expansion gets released. So what if you have Malygos, and the Lich King in your hand if you die on turn 7? And book of specters is good for a totally different reason. Drawing lower costing minions that help get board control in the early game is much better than drawing the top half of your curve.

Marshall59 posted a message on New Druid Card Reveal - Juicy PsychmelonPosted in: NewsThis is more like people highly overrating Troggzor.
Like I said, you don’t need to tutor out Malygos. Malygos Druid is a good enough deck on its own to win most matchups without its namesake being drawn. Also, there’s a point where cutting too many defensive options becomes detrimental.
Obviously every Druid should run biology project, but that means finding room for them. Add in Flobbidinous Floop, and then potentially this, and that’s a lot defensive tools that would have to be taken out of the deck. It’s not like aggro is just going to disappear when Boomsday Project comes out.
Removing core anti-aggro cards will make the deck weaker against Odd Rogue, Odd Pally, Zoo, and any midrangy mech deck that might come into existence once the Boomsday Project is released.

Marshall59 posted a message on New Druid Card Reveal - Juicy PsychmelonPosted in: NewsTo everyone freaking out about this card: stop. This card isn’t good. At least not right now in standard. This card is bad in basically every Druid deck right now.
Malygos Druid already has enough draw mechanics and doesn’t even have to rely on Malygos to finish the game. Drawing Malygos with this is redundant. It’s also a dead card against faster decks.
This card is just straight up bad in any Master Oakheart deck. Most of your late game cards are 9 mana minions. In a deck with Master Oakheart, you want to be summoning dragon hatcher’s, sleepy dragons, hadronox, and primordial drakes onto the battlefield with Oakheart, not drawing them.
Token Druid: no, just no. There’s literally no reason to run it in token Druid.
This card doesn’t help toggwaggle Druid in the matchups that it needs help in. It just fills your hand up with late game cards you can’t play when going up against anything that has some sort of aggression or tempo.
Could this card be good in the future? Yes. But it doesn’t work with any current decks, and the other cards in the Boomsday Project don’t build around this card to make it viable.

Agreed. Would much rather have day9 than trump toast or the salt fest that is kripp.

adams2689 posted a message on Celestial EmissaryPosted in: Celestial EmissaryYou might have something memeingful actually. Adjusting the formula for Arcane Blast I just posted earlier for Ice Lance and Freezing Potion it could go like this after 1 Emperor Thaurissan tick. Freezing Potion face+Brann Bronzebeard(2)+double Celestial Emissary(1+1)+double Tuskarr Fisherman(1+1)+double Ancient Mage(2+2)+double Ice Lance(0)=10 mana=4+4+2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2= 28 spell damage.

Garlicnerd posted a message on The Boomsday Project - Complete Card Reveal SchedulePosted in: News7/19 is a robotic hippopotamus. We saw the full art in the blog post that revealed the 2 mana Shaman Elemental. Probably a druid minion since it ties into the whole biology project theme.12 pm 7/27 is Myra from the most recent animation and will most likely be the other Rogue legendary. It seems like every class is going to have a theme specific to a certain scientific field. From what we know already here are my guesses:
Druid- Biology (with an emphasis on the botanical)
Paladin- Optics and Crystallography
Mage- Astronomy
Shaman- Electrodynamics
Rogue- General Chemistry with an emphasis on chemical synthesis
We haven't really seen enough (or anything in for some classes) for Hunter, Priest, Warlock or Warrior but if I were to make a guess on any of these classes I would predict Warrior be focused on thermodynamics, for one because glowing red things and hot metal would fit in pretty well with Warrior's visual class aesthetic and color palette. Expect a lot of cards with arts or pallets similar to Alley Armorsmith. We already see a lot of red in Beryllium Nullifier. And fun fact, Beryllium is a very good thermal conductor meaning its very good at transferring heat, lending more weight to the thermodynamic hypothesis.

Hey guys,
I wanted to know if the new legendary mage card Toki, Time-Tinker will be good so i counted every wild legendary (included WOTOG,Gadgezan and Karazhan)
There are 3 posibilities: Good: Good body or very good effect like raganros, sylvanas, thaurisan etc..., Ok: Good body but useless or not so good effect such as Krul, Genzo, Malchezar, Sogoth so as you see playable but only for the body it's the meh card not bad nor good just extra card for the opponent to handle. Last one of course the bad one like Anomalus, Gazleu, Wilfred, Zerus, nat paggle dark version etc...
So far there are in total 107 legendaries,
35/107 are good 32% to have something good
42/107 are ok 40% to have something decent, at least a good body
30/107 are bad 28% to have something that have a bad body or a bad effect.
So you have 72% to, at least, have a decent body
I did this cause most people think wild legendaries are shit but actually the worst legendaries are in classic and this card exclude the classic set which is full of crap.
Give me your thought or maybe do your own math to see if it fit what you think!
