it's a buff rather than a transformation, so it will be same art and 10/10 taunt.

This is applies to  all ways to activate charge. From a summons, through Warsong Commander. This is a tech card to stop burst OTK finishers or at least Slow them down a turn.

Malygos doesn't seem to fit. You only have two spells that will benefit from it and you will probably play those before you even get Maly on to the field. Does Wrath even benefit from spell power? I honestly don't know.

I would drop Maly for a Power of the Wild more for the two drop than for the buff, but I have been in situations were +1/1 was really nice.

wrath is a spell that does damage so yea its affected by spell power. and power of the wild is alright but he needs a large legendary in this deck

I assumed it would, but I honestly can't remember a time that I have wrathed or seen wrath with a spell power effect in play. I am not sure legendaries for the sake of legendaries actually benefit you. I mean I guess it draws out a removal spell and maybe gives you a cool swipe, but orge can draw out a removal spell and give you mana to play on turn 10+ or be played on turn 6.

When playing against mage, I have heard the secret sound effect when the mage draws a secret from their deck. Has anyone else heard this or encountered this? I haven't been playing on the PC since the iPad release.

Didn't have much success with this deck. Kept having opening hands full of spells and  no minions. I won the games with minions in my opening hand but the consistency wasn't there for me.

posted a message on [Deck Building] New To Shammy - Any Help Appreciated

I would drop the windfury and argent commanders and get two chillwind yeti's and an unbound elemental.

Unbound might not get any mileage, but unbound can be such a scary card for some people that it draws out removal or less favorable plays to get rid out it. I am not sure how much mileage you get out of the auctioneer. I would drop that for an acidic swamp ooze because there are enough weapons out there to have one.

posted a message on Hearthstone Has Been Released on the iPad

So I played on my iPad 2 last night. I closed all the other apps and it ran wonderfully. I didn't have any problems in game. The transition between screens in the menu was slower than on PC, but otherwise ran smoothly. Also played mage and didn't have any trouble with fireblast hero power that many people were complaining about (being extra sensitive to the possibility of a bug might have helped). Over all I am going to say that the iPad version is really solid. I will probably play a lot more now with the iPad cough...work...cough.

Your totems are automatically summoned to the right side of the board as are your ghost wolves and other creatures you don't place specifically so you can run totems and other fun minions into other creatures and not lose the buff...the basic idea is to have something on both sides of the flametongue totem at all times with higher health creatures to the left and small creatures that are more likely to die to the right so they can slide down and receive the buff.

posted a message on [Deck Building] Help with budget-ish control Paladin

Welcome to Control Paladin...you will get wrecked until you have 4 mana against a aggro deck.
If you can exchange higher cost minions for lower cost minions with the same effect. Loot hoarders for inventors. Owl's for spellbreakers. Blessing of wisdom is easily played against and might only net you 1 card unless you are in control so maybe noble sacrifice to block some incoming damage. If you want control than aggro is going to hurt. Good luck.

Zuchi has some great points about your class question. Knowing what cards classes will always pick helps. That basically means the AOE's and weapons.

Turn 4 a Paladin will Truesilver if he has it so play a chillwind yeti for the 5 health.
Turn 7 Mages will Flamestrike if there are three or more cards on the board and they have it. You always choose Flamestrike...or at least I am not sure of a pick I wouldn't get a Flamestrike.
Turn 5 Druids will Druid of the claw if possible.
Try not to have more than two minions out against a hunter.
Place stealth minions between two other minions so targeted AoE doesn't work.
Against Rogue put weaker minions between two stronger minions to play against betrayal (I hate that card)
put your stronger minions on the left side of the board if playing a shaman with flametongue totem.
Never pick Far Sight like mentioned above.

    This are just some examples.

posted a message on at what rank do people start saying they are good?

When you get 1,000 viewers on your live stream for more than 3 games straight. But seriously, Rank doesn't equate to skill. Sure you probably are  above average to good if you hit legend in 100-200 games in rank. The people in the top 100 legend are probably good to great players and not just there because they can play more.

I would consider myself average to good but I will never reach legend rank because I play 60 to 90 games a month including arena runs.

I would say that good players have win rates of 66% or better

Tip 1: watch a few video's on Youtube of people playing arena: Trump, hafu, noxious, kripparian

Tip 2: Find out what cards are clearly better than others and pick those. Trump has a list of basic, common, legendary, epic, and rare cards in order of most value at liquidhearth.com

Tip 3: Arena is not the same as constructed you want to choose good cards that can stand alone rather than attempt to build combos or play styles. (side note: as you are picking cards it may be more prudent to pick a combo card if you have the other piece in your deck already)

Tip 4: You want a good mana curve. You want the 2-4 drops to be around the same and much more than your 5-7 drops... This depends on the luck of the arena draft and the deck you already have. Say you get 4 really good 6 mana minions you might want to prioritize 2-4 drops even if they are sub par to another 6 mana card. For example, I have chosen 20/30 cards have two boulderfist ogres a stormwind champion and a sun walker already picked and no 5 drop cards You may want to pick say a Darkscale Healer over a third Boulderfist Ogre  That would be a hard choice that I wouldn't like but you need some 5 drops.

Tip 5: play a lot of arena

Tip 6: I find arena easier between 6am-noon rather than at night. Just an anecdote there though.

posted a message on Just some serious talk.

While I agree priest removal is less flexible I am disagreeing that they take up more card slots than other class removal spells. I might even say they are down right awful removal spells in comparison, but they supposedly fill the same roles as most other class removal cards if just not as well.

Lava burst is more equal to holy fire then SW:Death You only lava burst a rag if you have no other options or saving hex for something worse.
