the cost should be reduced since it can only target your own minions. priest 100% dead this expansion

 And you clearly haven't played Res Priest. I've made and tested a dozen variants including ones where only 2-3 minion cards were even in the deck. Priest doesn't need minions to survive the early game. When yoj realize you don't need a board, cards like PW:G become viable.
