     Actually in Wow rogues can use daggers, fist weapons and one-handed swords, maces and axes. Claws are classified as fist weapons thus rogues can equip them just like shamans. Also though I may be mistaken about it but it seems to me that the claws on the art look like they're covered in poison (they glow with green). So I think there is a possibility of it being a rogue weapon.

    I gotta say that I always enjoyed the stealth and the stealing mechanics that rogues have in WoW so getting a card with two of those combined is kind of nice. Still I agree that it seems rather boring and underwhelming for a legendary. 

    What if instead of putting a random class card into your hand it would give you a random legendary card from your opponent's class? It would make Shaku more powerful and add a little bit of flavour to it. (Probably a horrible idea but still)
