Wild chads :  dont ever complain, uses any cards, have fun, say well played when OTK'D

Standard virgins : cry every 2 weeks for nerf, ragequits when OTK'D, watches streamers instead of playing

the true answer is nobody around here knows what the algorithm really does

signature card turning out to be a sneaky cash grab

it will be significantly harder to get 27 different legendaries this time around, because of forced duplicates, the mega bundle offering signature cards instead of golden legendary and for the fact that every diamond card will have a signature version

in simple terms you will need to open nearly double the amounts of packs for legendary collectors achievement

wait theres more, in their infinite greed, they decided to create legendary cards with both diamond AND signature versions, effectively forcing you to keep duplicate legendaries (for example you could get signature Lor'Themar Theron from your mega bundle, and then later on the diamond version) with no way to reroll the signature version to another card you don't have.

so we usually purchase one in the battlepass, one is awarded after buying 25 legendaries, deathwhisper is in golden miniset

what about the 2 others ? anyone know how to get?

i have to agree on this

true tech cards are mostly useless because of the reason you mentioned 

the thinking that a tech card is any card that counters your opponent's win condition is horse shit, it would mean literally any card is a tech card

as for the blizzard/company side of it, they probably didnt come up with a way to monetize it yet, or just that they found cheaper/easier methods to monetize

funny how nothing cheap is offered for runestones, such as a card back or a hero, just goes to show how they are full of ****

Has anyone cleared up what happens if you get a diamond and signature of the same card ?

Game cost has increased but reward track isn't.

Path of Arthas cards can’t be opened from packs, they can only be purchased as part of the pre-purchase Mega Bundle, purchased as a standalone purchase, or crafted.

What he means is that all of the diamond cards also got a signature version, so say you get ahold of a signature version of Grand Magister Rommath from your pre-order once you get the diamond version (if you decide to buy the pass) you can't reroll the signature (as far as we know since it hasn't been stated) thus forcing you to both have the diamond and signature variants since neither can be disenchanted which I wouldn't be surprised if that gets changed to at least reroll signatures cause that's p scummy

You misunderstand. It's not that Path of Arthas cards cannot be dusted, but because purchasing the mini-set means you get ALL cards of that set, and the reverse duplicate protection only gives you cards from that set. As a result, the reverse duplication system is effectively worthless for these cards, as they'd only be turned into cards you own anyway due to owning the mini-set. 

I'd kinda hope you get to reroll the signature to a different signature then

 Lol, this card is very, very good. This will be a staple in every single rogue deck outside of heavy aggro lists. Being able to play additional low cost / 0 cost spells is huge for combo cards such as Edwin’s, sinstone & draka. Arguably one of the best cards in the set and will see play in both standard and wild. 

Celestalon thread on Twitter confirmed the list of Diamond cards coming this expansion. We have 5:

• 2 Death Knight cards (one is known: Lady Deathwhisper; the other is currently unknown)
• Blood Matriarch Liadrin 
• Grand Magister Rommath
• Lor'themar Theron

Most likely other DK Diamond is probably Alexandros Mograine, but I wouldn't rule out Patchwerk or Deathbringer Saurfang.
