    Hello all, I was hoping to get some perspective from the community for a fairly new player.  With rotation coming up in the next few months, I was wondering if it would be worth buying the expansions rotating out to take advantage of the Legendary within 10 packs, and then dusting what I get.  I haven't gotten any of the three rotating out, and am not interested in wild, and my goal is to build up my collection and competitiveness in the most cost effective manner. 

    Feel free to weigh in with gut instincts, but if someone wants to throw down the math, that would be helpful too.
