Should have called it "the no brain deck"...or "a deck even bots can play". If you can't play it, this game is not for you..come back when you are at least 6 years old.

Yeah, I'm sure combo-druid and freeze-mage are going to be very popular. I don't see the miracle rogue tho...my bet is on face hunter.

Bolf suddenly doesn't look THAT bad. I mean, outside of maybe refreshment vendor, and reno if you make a reno deck, what else can you use to survive if you're not playing priest or warrior ?

It looks exactly as bad as it always did. It's crap that won't help you against aggro. If you ban alternatives then the card will not get a bit faster or more usefull than it already is...so it will still be completely useless.

Justicar+Coldarra is already a pretty deadly combination if it works out(cause you can basily clear the board by turn 8 with your hero power). I saw exactly one player playing it EVER(and that was today. Guess he was a netdecker and thought this here was a great idea. I won, didn't see Finley tho.). That nobody plays it means that it usually doesn't work. Now adding Sir Finley into it and making the combination even more unlikely to show up is possibly...well...not the smartest idea. You can try it...but don't be shocked if it only wins you 1 of 100 games or so.

Yes. You have 2 Shadowword:Death for the big guys and generally quite some high value cards for midrange/late game. What you need is to stop aggro(and I think about 70-80% of the decks are aggro) so you get a chance to use your aoe and midgame fire power to clear the board. You should look for cards with 1-3 Mana, that have the potential to take 2 or more rush cards out and/or block your opponent.

Then you are clearly missing one of the most important cards in the deck. I think Twilight Guardians are not replaceable in any Dragon-Deck.

Faceless is usually too slow. It always depends on the meta but with just one Guardian you should have serious problems vs. aggro and faceless is likely not going to help you there. I'd go with a second shrinkmeister, a zombie chow...or maybe even a Deathlord instead.

You could, but why should you? For Rend you need opponents that have at least 2-3 decent legendaries in their deck(so you can count on them playing at least one)...and you need a dragon on your hand. Then you kill the enemy legendary...but due to 7Mana your turn is basicly over too...and Rend with 4HP will likely get killed easily by your opponent. In most cases you don't win anything with that cause the legendaries already did some damage(a card from Ysera, 8 damage by Ragnaros and so on. Most late game legendaries are played with the idea in mind, that they won't survive the next round anyway).

Finally a BGH is more versatile...and kills almost all currently played legendaries as well(exceptions are Ysera, Loatheb and Thaurrissan...but they already did their job by the time Rend enters the field anyway).

It's versatile. Usually it won't survive more than 1 round and so it's a combo-card for late game and you usually do not play it on curve. I just had a mirror match that was basicly all around him. I had him buffed with Velen's Chosen and we even went that far to both Shrinkmeister+Cabal-steal him.

Against aggro you can just throw him on the board and waste him. Can't wait for additional benefits in that case anyway.

The missing cards would definitely be nice. Golden or not should not matter there. Only thing matters is wether you have 2 playable cards of it(or 1 if legendary).

For example. On top of it you should always try to keep several minions on the board on both sides(so the buffed creature has a higher chance to survive)...make sure to not fill your board completely tho or he will kill all minions on your side with one attack. On top of it try to never have more than 6 cards on your hand at the end of your turn....elseway your partner may have a problem playing important cards like oracle and cho cause you will just burn cards(my partner blocked me there in 2 out of 3 games cause he had 8-9 cards on his hand all the time).

. 9:52 it seems to me savage roar is more the one that should be nerfed. Force is pretty balanced as a 6 mana deal 2 damage 3 times.

I think so too. Savage roar is the enabler for many OTK combinations of the druid...and we all know that OTK is just darn boring. Savage roar would still be in about every druide deck even if Force of nature gets nerfed. Simply cause the card is so strong by itself.

Blizz failed completely in stopping the rush meta. It seems like it's even more rushing these days than ever before. Zombie Chow etc. seem to be in about every deck these days. It's all about putting pressure on your enemy and then knock him out by round 8 or so with some powerful combi. I didn't reach 0 cards in like 6 weeks or so.

You got problems with secret paladin? Well, then your deck ain't fast enough. Force him to use several of his secrets before he can play his combi. Usually he won't be so lucky to have all his secrets still in his deck AND be able to play his mysterious challenger on curve.

It is funny how some are saying Boom Bot is OP and some are saying Annoy-o-Tron is

Not really. If you always hit on annoyotron with gazrilla(yes, that card can be in that deck. I never saw it while playing annoyotron myself tho) and none of your several board clears on your hand then you may think annoyotron is better....but that's about it. Unless there is a 100% chance for a victory there will always be people claiming that the weaker deck is better...

3 times Anooy-O-Tron. 3 time 0 chance. Either you get a very got start and the boombot got nothing or you are toast. He can wipe your board several times...you got nothing once he has board control. The ability of annoyotron is easily countered with the ability of the boombot...so no help at all except in your own round.  A lot of the annoyotron cards are useless in combination with the annoyotron ability(since they basicly have the same effect but it makes no sense to shield-buff your own cards twice in a round cause boombot and most enemy cards will just take that shield out anyway before attacking. Same with weakening the attack of an enemy card during your round...you got a shield so who cares for how many attack points the enemy has??). Lot of very stupid RNG. The worst brawl so far.

All I can say if you get annoyotron: Wait for the first 3 rounds...if you got no decent advantage by then: Just quit. Playing is just waste of time then. Sooner or later your opponent will wipe the board and you will have no chance for a comeback cause your cards and ability are just much, much weaker.

posted a message on Design Insights with Ben Brode - The Dark Side of Releasing New Content
    Quote from Arcane_Azmadi jump

The game releases content at a joke of a pace. 1 expansion and 1 adventure per year, less than 200 cards. Magic used to release 2-3 expansions per year, usually a larger expansion of 300-400 cards (enough to make a fully playable deck using SOLELY the cards from that expansion) and 2 smaller ones of 130-170 cards each (by comparison GvG and TGT were a mere 123 and 132 cards respectively). Despite there being 9 classes to release cards for (compared to Magic's 5 colours) each hero gets less than a dozen cards. Magic gets more cards added to it in a single major expansion than all of HS's expansions and adventure put together.

And you're worried about them releasing content too quickly...?

Right. But you do not play hearthstone just with the 5 guys from your block/class(those that seriously go for tournaments etc. are just a very small group of all the players) by your own rules. Here you always compete with all of the players from your region and no cards are banned. Nobody would weaken his deck here to make a game interesting or fair. That situation is not comparable(the competition is extreme and unforgiving in hearthstone), especially not for new players. On top of that the social aspect of Magic is very, very limited in hearthstone.

To me hearthstone and magic is a completely different experience when it comes to losing and winning, to building a deck etc.. You buy a couple of magic cards and then you play with them and if your deck is stronger than that of your friends then you take some cards out...and you interact with your opponent. You do not go on the net, find the best deck, buy it for money(and that's what you have with those dust created legendaries) and stomp over everyone who is not willing to do the same. Hearthstone is not about playing with friends, it's about having the best deck and praying to RNGesus that it will bring you to the top of the ladder.
