Thank you for keeping the faith! It took a while as it’s hard to create something different to what is already doing well! I won’t imagine that this will take off the same as before. But I am winning games more often than not with this deck! Let me know how it goes for you 👍🏻

I have made an attempt to bring My version of the mech/bomb hunter back to life after the rotation. There’s no getting away from it being familiar to the tier 1 deck your used to seeing this meta. 

However I believe I’ve tried to add something different & familiar from this deck.

To be honest any 2 drops & bomb cards to get building as quickly as possible. Bronze gate keeper is good to protect if you need time. And can deal some serious damage when flipped. 

Honestly I couldn’t be sure! I’d hope they provide support for the bomb minions. Otherwise the boomsday expansion will look silly, having all these bombs and no way to trigger effectively! Have to wait and see what the new expansion brings, fingers crossed.

Reckless rocketeer is probably the closest minion option as mentioned above

 Amen, they are my dream matchups. Apart from gallery... that’s just a rude deck. 

He’s a very fun card to play with! But I wouldn’t craft him close to rotation. I’m not too sure he’s so viable in the wild. I don’t really play it so couldn’t even say! 

The Hakkar togwaggle is just pure meme xD 

i really don’t know why I haven’t seen much of these decks around anymore. Yes they are slower, but still have tools to remove and survive untill you land your combo’s. I’ve been toying with both decks, and had most success with togwaggle. I’ve gone 8-1 from rank 3 to 2. If anything it’s a little more engaging as you have to think about your card plays more, rather than brainless ramping & armor. I’ve enjoyed taking the lives of beast hunters, odd paladins and some priests (gallery still sucks). Just don’t use wild growth at all, Nourish is fine on its own.

also no-one expects to see an old Druid, so no aggro is particularly prepared for spreading plague. Most times I would get some bugs down and some extra attack from BP and win the game without even having my winning combo.

I’ve even won by simply burning priests combo cards when they’ve been lured into a false sense of security of hand size xD 

Is there anyone else still having success with this? I can’t be the only one surely ;) 

Currently enjoying my version of bomb hunter & it’s good to see a rotation friendly version! I think (hope) the new expansion could fetch some handy cards to replace those lost cards though. So best to wait and see what comes.

That’s pretty sad to hear. My worst streak has been 3 loses in a row. I couldn’t tell you my winrate as I only play on mobile. But I’m sat comfortably at rank 4 only using this deck. I’d say I’ve had chance to play around 25-30 games since rank 7

But I wouldn’t replace rexxar myself. I can see how a lot of the times he’s not needed, but that’s a good thing. A few times he’s given me survivability & the tools to win, especially when I’ve got too excited blowing my cards to quick.
