I remember having that problem a long time ago and it was to do with certain hero portraits. Maybe try changing the hero portrait back to some old one.

I've been experiencing a lot of freezes on my mobile (randomly while playing) Moto G5s Android 8.1.0.
Do you guys have similar issues?

Not only did I not receive a free arena ticket but I also found out that I can't play arena. I click "play" and it's just looking for opponent forever and nothing happens.
EDIT: Just found out it works on my mobile but not on PC.
EDIT 2: it only worked on mobile once
Experience ruined :(
