time is better invested in just playing afk games in ranked for the better xp = gold.

People you need to distinguish and be more clear when addressing bots.
There are two type of bots
First we have the blizzard bots, nothing you can do about it.
Second we have the afk and sometimes play but roping play bots/scripts from actual players just to farm EP.
Why do they play DK? its easy, because they are farming the Hero Wins Portrait or simply because they have good cards for auto use to make the games take longer or fast win vs. other bots.
