I finally got a win after 7 games, where my opponent could play at least 20 mana worth of cards in the first 3 turns. This is nowhere near any fun, even the won game was no fun as it was the same, but the tables turned. Opponent had no chance, there was no opportunity to make a good play or anything.
I didnt mean you played slow or anything, but more like the disconnect and reconnect would take some time, which might seem like roping as the normal turns were fast. Could also be that he sees you not touching any cards, at all, so might think he got a lucky opponent disconnected win
Lynchen copies all 3 scions on board, while voone only copies the 1 or 2 in your hand. At least that is the reason I prefer lynchen.
The lackeys are useful tools to fill out your turn. They can easily be fitted in your turn and do useful things. Not sure if they are actually better though, but that is my reasoning
In the current state, Ziliax is too much of an auto include imo. Further, with the amount of mechs that can randomly enter matches (discover effects, lacky evolves, etc) the "magnetic" keyword can in itself be a huge swing in the match, even when the deck is not build for this. Due to the rush, taunt, divine shield combo Ziliax is very likely to heal for twice its attack. With the 3 attack Ziliax in itself, this is not that much of a problem, but when its put on even something as a 3/3 mech the healing value doubles, which does impact the game too much I think.
It is definitely a bug IMO, it casts the darkness candle spell, so the wording on the darkness itself should not matter here. Darkness had its effect in shuffling those spells, but is not part of this interaction (other than being the target of the spell).

For me, it would be dreadlich Tamsen, mostly because the single card powerlevel is really high, and I like the playstyle of handlock.
As an advise, I would suggest finding a deck that looks like its fun to play, and then just go for that deck (maybe with some budget swaps if needed).
Edit: would also suggest waiting with crafting until after new set and rotation.

Couldnt it be that he was out of options as he just went all in, and felt like you were taunting him by roping?

Discover is always restricted to your own class and neutral cards.
