I have consistently said that you no longer play this game - you watch it. If you accept this then it can still be fun. It's like watching professional wrestling. People know that the outcomes are predetermined but they still tune in. If you pay attention at all you can tell with about an 80% accuracy if you have been chosen to win or lose by the mulligan. Then it's up to you whether or not to play it out.

David Icke and his lizard friends say hi plus this guy as well:

Activision Blizz is even owning a patent for rigged matchmaking. If you think the games are not in any form rigged you are naive as fuck.

They. Own. A. Patent. For. It.

Why would they if they don't use the technology?

     Proof ? I'm genuinely curious

I have given up on  ranked for this month. I have taken 2 decks from rank 5 to rank 1, only to hit a massive losing streak taking me back several ranks. I can't stomach it anymore

Same. I've made to Rank 2 just to get pushed back all the way to 5 (including a 11 game losing streak)

Motivation hit rock bottom, playing all day and still not reaching L isn't worth the time nor Energy.

Blizzard's public definition of "Variance": Due to the nature of random encounters you will sometimes face certain decks in clusters at times, which can sometimes feel like you're having a bad luck streak when you face a deck that counters you several times in a row. However, over time, you will see that you play the entire range of the meta as it exists! Just give it time! Play more games!

Actual definition of "Variance": No matter what deck you play, and no matter how many games you play, Blizzard's deck analyzer (the very same one that helps you complete your deck optimally) will ensure you face hard counters 50% of the time and "normal" matches the other 50% of the time. If the deck analyzer can't figure out direct counters to your deck because your deck has limited meta data, you may have "win-streaks" for considerable lengths of time due to the system not knowing what your counters are. Play long enough and lose a few times to one particular archetype and you will start seeing it over and over and over again until it balances out at 50%, resulting in MASSIVE losing streaks of 20+ games straight.

Source: Thousands of games of Hearthstone analyzed by deck tracker in the last 2 years.

Solution: Log off and play a different game that isn't engineered simply to keep you playing as long as possible. Sure, if you play 500 games a month, you can be Legend too!

Excellent Analysis, always felt like Matchmaker in Ranked is Scripted.

That's how I feel. My last run I easily climbed from rank 5 to 1. Then I just keep losing and losing. It was unreal to see me almost unable to win a game in ranks I had just breezed through

I was a desperate rank 1 player too. Reached that rank a dozen times, sometimes very easily, but absolutely never been able to reach legend. Guess i was strong and smart enough to get rank 1 but not enough to win the 2 or 3 games that was separating me from legend. Glad i don't play that fucking retarded game anymore.

Finished last month at rank 3. Now I am stuck at 10 with the same deck. Guess I forgot how to play.

Fanboys will tell you that meta has evolved and that you're probably less concentrated than before. in short words, focus more on your plays and your mistakes! Watch the replay of your games and try to determinate how you could have played better!

Anyone remember back when Lifecoach quit the game saying that it no longer rewarded thought or strategy?

    Smart man.

That's not even intelligence. That's logic.

Streamers play billion of games per day and keep being idolized when everyone knows today that playing an important number of games has become more important than having skill. Even a monkey could reach legend by playing enough games. Funny how some guys like hunterace think they understand the game better than everyone when they play something literally designed to be played at the toilets.

I wonder how retarded-pathetic-depressed-lonely-sad-ugly you have to be to rope every turn at rank 10 while playing a fucking dragon paladin. Wake up dude and stop believing you're original, your deck is absolutely shitty and boring, you will absolutely never go above that lame rank with that and that's all you deserve.

    Fuck aggro

A braindead useless answer, what a surprise!!

to answer op, go with aggro shaman, you have a doomhammer build and a bloodlust one, they are pretty solid.. check vicious syndicate if you want a deck list..

     I would say an half-answer.

    Fuck aggro AND control

I have the confirmation now that blizzard favors certain decks over some others. I play to this game for more than 3 years and everytime i tried to play an off meta deck that could possibly beats most meta decks, the game consistently gave me the worst possible draws. I try to play mecha'thun warrior for almost 3 days, without joking guys both acolyte have always been on the last 10 cards of my deck. And of course i lose every brawls. And you know what ? The only time i won in 3 days i didn't even win thanks to mecha'thun.

Edit: I'm currently playing a game (against shaman ofc), i have 6 cards left and i didn't draw any acolyte. Such a nice game

I like how absolutely ever flamewalker mages i meet have thaurissan on 6 and the kill combo just after. Every time i meet this deck they have both flamewalker and both apprentice in the first 10 cards. I hate this game

Not much imo. This new game seems really good honestly but hs is still more beautiful and simple to understand

I met like 3 flamewalker mages recently, they all got thaurissan on 6 and the kill combo on 7. I'm apparently committing the mistake of playing a deck that requires to have a brain.

This game just leaves the worst taste in your mouth. Wild ladder facing aggro after aggro deck.

4 even shamen, 11 secret mage, 3 odd rogue, 6 face hunter

decide to switch to odd warrior to punish all of the aggro on the ladder.

9 control warlocks in a row......

yeah.....tell me how the matchmaking is not rigged.

The matchmaking is clearly rigged, as blizzard said they wanted an overall winrate of 50%. That's not a secret actually. Switching your deck according to the matchups that you encounter is a pure waste of time, all you will get is frustration.
