With the upcoming announcements just around the corner I thought it was appropriate to go on a friend hunt again. Love chatting with others about new stuff announced,  and just being friends in general. When I do play HS these days it's usually battlegrounds, but I do enjoy some constructed as well as I hunt for more golden/prestiged portraits. Off topic, but on the issue of being friends, over the past year I've gotten into watching anime, and wouldn't mind chatting about that with others who also watch. Hyped for the PS5 too and would be down for that chat as well!

Have made a few of these posts in the past and usually get some very nice people who add me. Sadly I have been rather busy of late in life and HS/keeping up with Battle.net friends has gone by the wayside.  That’s ridiculous.  There shouldn’t be this much variance in opening packs.  Blizz really needs to cap the legend timer at 30 now, since we technically have 2 more legendaries to open because of the addition of Demon Hunter. 

 Admittedly, I'm speaking as somebody who got screwed super hard on this, but I have to agree, the legend cap seems too high these days. Perhaps in the early days of HS, 40 was okay since there wasn't as many cards, and many of them, let's be honest, were aimed to be more fun than actually good. But these days (and especially in sets where so many legends seem key to decks) it would be nice to have it lowered. Even on average, pre-ordering both bundles you can expect somewhere around 7 legends, or what, a little less than a third that exist in a set? May just be salt speaking, but it does seem a little ridiculous to me.

EDIT: Forgot to mention the golden pre-order/logging in legends, which I will admit are nice, but even with those 3 accounted for you are still on average missing more than half of them.

 Ah that's rough, sorry to hear that. Really poor luck but at least you get another 2 in golden on Thursday right? 

 With my luck they'll turn into golden commons lol. But yes. Just frustrating mostly since this is my fave set ever in HS (playing since the open beta) and to be locked out of many of the cool decks I wanted to try is really disheartening.

*cough* Even luckier ones *cough*, dont need to spend any real money and can craft all the Legendarys with their Dust Mountain.

 Some unlucky ones may, I'm willing to say otherwise. 4 legends (no golden) from the 140/both bundles, there's a luckiness curve for everything.

Tell us something about you: It's time for when I post my tag on here for the expansion cycle! Been back to playing HS more actively, with a mix of ranked, solo adventures, arena and battlegrounds. Pretty hyped for the theming of this xpac, and would love to talk new cards and general excitement stuff. As for me, 21 year old college student with a little over a month left before the fall semester, and who likes video games (especially Blizz, PS4 and Switch stuff.) Been loving battlegrounds too along with checking out all the new stuff coming to the game. Essentially, 21 year old college student stuck at home with everything going on looking for friends. Tell us something about you: Been playing Hearthstone on and off since release but I'm always more active around expansion launches. Been enjoying catching up on the Saviors of Uldum expansion since I wasn't really playing when it released, and also trying my best to learn Battlegrounds. Hoping to play a lot of the new expansion with it timing well with my winter break from college.

About Me: Been playing/watching Hearthstone since the open beta, I get back into the game every time a new xpac rolls around and play for a few weeks at least. Got to legend a few times and currently trying to get my 3rd golden hero (Mage), do have a large collection of the standard cards as well as ones from the last rotation in wild, so if you'd like to borrow decks I could help out there as well!
