People say these cards have no synergy but they kinda do in a way. If you play a super aggressive druid deck with a lot of low cost cards you can use the portal for a nice refill afterwards. I mean, it probably has better uses than this but it could still be used like that

WhatAChamp posted a message on LiamHakkar PaladinPosted in: General DiscussionInteresting. I always played Hakkar in a healadin/Uther deck and didn't think about using it instead in a prelate deck. I might have to try that out as it thins way faster

KiloMeda posted a message on Is Blizzard Getting too Trigger Happy with Nerfs?Posted in: General DiscussionReally happy with the more frequent nerfs. Pirate Warrior, aggro shaman, jade shaman, jade druid, hunter undertaker and secret paladin were all around for way too long. More frequent changes keeps things fresh and allows for new decks to pop up, which is very important after a new set releases.
Note: You are going to get a bit of skewed feedback from any message board as the people posting are most likely a bit more invested (time and money) than your average Hearthstone player.

GameTheory345 posted a message on Best Druid OTK?Posted in: DruidThey're all viable, and they all call for different playstyles. For Mecha'thun, you're either playing it slowly to stall out with the slow Mecha'thun list, or you're vomiting onto the gameboard with the fast list. Gonk Druid id the meme-iest, and it does not have the clunky win condition tied with Mecha'thun. However, it does seem to have a slightly lower winrate. Nobody plays Toggwaggle Druid anymore, assuming that you're talking about the Toggwaggle + Azalina fatigue combo Druid, because the nerfs just make the deck unplayable. Hakkar Druid is probably the best one on ladder, and Malygos Druid seems to do very well in tournaments. So they're all viable, it's just up to you to choose which one to play.
TL;DR:
- Gonk Druid = Most fun, won't get tired of playing, lower winrate
- Fast Mecha'thun/Slow Mecha'thun = Most common, highest winrate
- Toggwaggle Druid = Gone
- Malygos Druid = Sees a lot of play in tourneys, has a high skill floor and cap, kinda clunky in certain situations (if you have to use a spell to remove the board)
- Hakkar Druid = Probably the best all around, has a high skill floor (not as high as Malygos tho)
And if it doesn't work out, put all OTKs in one deck and you will win every single game. Hey, if people can put two Paladin OTKs in a deck and have it be competitively viable, Druid can do 5 just as well.

Joybuzz is my favorite card. I crafted him day one with no regrets. He fits in multiple decks and is really fun to experiment with right now. If you have the dust and the cards that he synergizes with (like Malygos), I say go for it!

I actually really enjoyed the streams. I don’t usually watch twitch, but I tuned in today and found it to be really fun to watch people crafting decks and playing with the new cards. Obviously I wish I was doing it, but I won’t have every card in the set on day one (or ever, probably) so it was cool watching them have access to every card. Personally, it helped me get even more excited for the expansion! Although it’s probably setting me up for disappointment for when I only open lame cards on launch day and can’t make any of the fun decks.

All his story needs is a timely “Plot Twist”.

Good card. Especially if you also stick a cheap buff on it.

Any midrange Hunter is reasonably cheap and effective.
Here's an example:

So I’ve been trying this deck and it’s fun but not competitive. Aggro destroys it quick and the deck definitely suffers from the Equality nerf. Control matchups are really long but they are your most winnable. Against OTK they usually finish you before you get to the bloods.
The best and most satisfying matchup is against any Mechathun deck. It’s so great when the draw their whole deck and are setting up for their finale. Then you throw the corrupted bloods in their deck and there is nothing they can do about it!

Is it reaching rank 5? Is it reaching legend on the last day of the season? Is it reaching legend while being a dad? Is it becoming a legendary father?
I've heard the term referenced, but someone please tell me the true definition of "dad legend".

I play with one Fel Reaver and Zilliax. If you are playing this deck right, then games are usually decided by turns 6-8. Milling cards is not an issue.
Zilliax is good in this aggro deck because he is magnetic and basically becomes a charge minion.
I say craft one reaver and see how you like it. I don’t think two are necessary.

Thanks for the clarification. I am a dad and I hit rank 5 every month. Glad to know that I am a Dad Legend!

Prince Keleseth was considered trash when it first came out. Then it ran the meta.
