There's no pure OP class, there are some class cards that very close to OP. Class Paladin has more single "almost OP" cards than other (Tirion, Equality, Intendant, Aldor etc) but fortunately best minds still didn't invent any OP deck from it =)

Pretty good, yes, but "broken", "OP" - it's almost like it were about V-07-TR-ON... Read text again with attention: in your hand - so for having Druid's combo-wombo with 2 Savage roars on turn 9 you must already have all parts of it in hand when you play Emperor - 4-cards combo and not in 1 turn! Well when you have Innervate for this combo you can make this 4-cards combo 1 turn later but still in 1 turn. Whats wrong with it?

I guess it will be useful in new heavy Rogue, maybe dragon-Rogue with 1-2 Gadgestans. I mean potential for card draw and even potential for +spell damage from typical Rogue's minions with returned Malygos.
